Great food, friendly people

This was our first dinner on Vieques. Wandered in here with our kids. Thought the place might be too fancy, but they were very nice to us, even after my son broke a glass and spilled his water. Service is slow, yes, but that life in Puerto Rico. Good food takes a while here, we noticed. We were... read more

We had dinner with our family and all items from tuna ceviche, to the Lobster and the delicious rum cake were fantastic. The only issue I had was the price because the service was very good. I think a bit overpriced this venue is super casual by the side of the road. The food fresh and of course freshly prepared.... More

This food was delicious! And so different from any on the island! I recommend the mahi mahi balls, and tuna anything. So fresh and good, with amazing accompanying sauces and flavors. Great knowledgable staff, and good solid island atmosphere!

Had dinner at Bili on February 15. The food was delicious. For starters the lamb arepas and the cassava dumplings out standing. As a main course I had the Caribbean lobster and it was cooked to perfection and simply served just butter. The only problem was the service it took us over an hour to get our appetizers after we... Had lunch here a couple times, the tempura battered calamari is good and there passion fruit/sour cream sauce is addictive. The service is nice and friendly however on each visit it took a long time for the food to come out of the kitchen. The burgers are massive and the toppings creative.

We went here twice - once to try out Bili restaurant in July 2014 and again for our rehearsal dinner here in December 2014. Both times the food and service was great. We loved everything we tried, but would especially recommend the chillo frito and the fresh mahi nuggets. For our rehearsal dinner, we had around 80 guests, and Bili... More

Dined here after late Biobay tour and due to late hour concerned about availability AND service - awesome surprise to find they eagerly greeted us at 10:20 pm!! Our Server - Evette - was absolutely spectacular! Offered menu suggestions and we even let her pick an appetizer of pork fried crispys which were terrific!! Wine list not overly impressive but... Among the best in quality and atmosphere that Vieques has to offer. Great location and unique menu. Jack M.

Sat out front under the porch roof on a rainy day and enjoyed margaritas and snacks...fine way to spend a rainy Caribbean day. There are cheaper options for food and drinks down the street, but Bili's has a unique atmosphere...simultaneously laid back and attentive, worth the visit.

The best dinner on the island this trip. We have been visiting Vieques for 15 years. Although we have lunched at Bili, this is the first time we've had dinner there. It was fabulous. If you love seafood, this is the place to get the freshest on the island. Try the boulibaise.
