Perfect lunch spot in Esparanza. Enjoyed the best margarita of my life. Also had the mahi salad. If I didn't know better I would have thought they caught the fish in the back and then served me! That fresh. The salad dressing was light but full of flavor with wonderful greens and You can't beat the view. Ocean, mountians and... More

The taxi driver recommended the restaurant for dinner and it was the best. The food was excellent and the service was awesome. I would recommend their home made gnocchi!!!! Delicious!

Love coming here for good local Puerto Rican fare prepared healthfully and creatively. Some good vegetarian/gluten free offerings. Delicious appetizers which work as a meal for me! Yummy fish. We love to sit here and enjoy the atmosphere--- horses flying by, the active local bar across the street and the beach right there as well. Service is always friendly and... More

We had several good meals on Vieques, but Bili stands out as our favorite. We were there right at the start of the season, and walked right in to a fabulous meal. We shared a ahi tuna appetizer which was great, the tuna was raw and super fresh. But the star of the meal was the Seafood Paella. Wow! Huge... More

The best local food flavor with amazing class. My family's favorite in the island, the kids use the wifi and I can enjoy the best margaritas ever!

We ate here the nite we arrived and our last night on the island. We like that it stays open later, and that the outdoor seating is right on the main street across from the ocean. The service is good and the food consistent and yummy. The wine list is adequate. The Puerto Rican paella is really good as is... More

Out of the places that we ate in Esperanza this was by far the best. We ate at 5 different places including places like "bananas, trade winds and belly buttons" I would for sure eat at Bili's again and before I eat any where else. This is a restaurant you will want to go back to. We had the avocado... More

The lobster was overcooked for $48. Although it was a huge lobster it was a little tough. The mahi mahi was also overcooked but covered in sweetness that made it better. The issue with this restaurant is that it is very expensive for the quality of food. We cook for a living and fish should be succulent and should be... More

We loved our lunch at Bili's so much that we came back for dinner the same night. Both meals were excellent, and the atmosphere is very easy-going. We especially enjoyed the 2 for 1 rum punch special at lunch. We call this: Rum Lunch. We ate at Quenepo, Bananas, and Duffy's -- but we found Bili's to be our favorite... More

The food was very tasty! If you would like to sit on the outside terrace, make a reservation. We sat inside and it was very nice too. They grow a lot of their own herbs such as the mint for the mojito. Yum yum!
