We are here 2 times while in Vieques & it was really good both times. Prices are very reasonable & the food is fresh & tasty! The fried calamari appetizer is very tender & you can tell it's fresh. I highly recommend this place!

We came here two days in a row for happy hour...$4 rum punches! Probably the cheapest drinks on the island. The service both times was attentive. We also tried the Cuban sandwich (best I've ever had), seafood mofongo special (husband devoured), tostones (also great), and two other appetizers. We really enjoyed the food here. Also, there is an awesome water... More

Best lunch spot in Esperanza with delicious, light fish tacos and insanely cheap happy hour drinks. The wait staff is delightful. Strong pour on our margaritas despite the drink specials, too... so be careful if you've had too much sun ;)

The good: The sliders - pork and burger - were decent. Served on a "fried dough" roll. Pretty neat. Thats it for good. The bad: The service was terrible. I know we are on island time here, this was the only place I can complain about being well off then reservation as far as length of time for service, check,... More

We went here for lunch one day and the food was great. As the name implies most of the dishes have a banana twist. I had a chicken sandwich with banana's and other toppings that were delicious. The dessert was amazing too. It was a nice twist to the banana split.

We were at Bananas several times for apps. and drinks. It's a fun place to meet and the food is good for lunch or a less formal dinner.

We wanted some food after exploring the beaches all day so we got dry and headed to Esperanza with no plan. I saw the cool dishes on the specials menu board from the street. We were immediately greeted by the staff. Davin was our waiter and he was awesome. We had a trio of sliders (one mahi, one tuna, one... More

I ate here and enjoyed my meal. They have happy hour at night so that was a bonus. I had the pear, walnut and gorganzola salad which was great and the chicken mofongo. Both were delicious. Woul eat here again. Service was great too. Has a nice chilled vibe

Went to Bananas when we had dinner straight from the beach. Open for lunch and dinner. Good for light fare. The red snapper with salad and the red snapper sandwich was very good eats.
