Great fish tacos

We ate lunch here after getting a little overheated on the beach. Our waitress kept the cold water and cold beers coming. I had the fish tacos which were some of the best I've eaten. My husband had a fried mahi fish sandwich. The fries were nice and crisp and the homemade ketchup was fantastic... read more

At least if you are from Europe. Food was OK quite tasty nothing to complain about given the reasonable price Is it a place to go for a reataurant experience no, better for cheapish cocktails and snacks.

This is my favorite spot for cocktails and a casual meal. I go 'bananas' for the Mahi bites, Pear & Gorgonzola salad & Pain Killer cocktail!

We happened across Bananas and enjoyed lunch here. Friendly and good. I would try something other than the fish tacos, which weren't bad, but weren't as good as some others we had.

This was our first dinner out in Esperanza. Banana's was selected by our host. I think they visited before we arrived. We enjoyed wine, pear salads, a fish dish and key lime (local version) pie. Our bill was $144.40 including a mandatory $20.07 gratuity since we were a group of five. The tip was ok but making it mandatoy was... More

A fun, outdoor restaurant with an awesome view, awesome food, and very friendly service. The fish tacos really good and huge, as was the snapper sandwich. I just wish we had more time to try out their upstairs restaurant. Highly recommend.
