Great lunch

My husband and I split the big Muffuletta sandwich. We probably could have split the small one, because there was plenty. The sandwich was very good. We opted for the fresh chips instead of french fries. Great choice, because the chips were some of the best I've ever had. My only reason for the... read more

Very slow service -I would be exaggerating if I said the sandwiches were mediocre - very disappointing but didn't let it ruin a very nice day in Old San Juan - there have to be much better choices - would not recommend this place!

The vegetarian mofongo was ridiculously tasty. My dining companion also had the mofongo, but hers was the chicken one, and she agreed that it was some of the best food we have ever eaten. It comes with a side of fresh greens, and we followed up our meal with some fantastic dessert in the form of the almond flancochoa. It... More

Centrally located, good vegetarian options, prices moderate. $80 for filling lunch for 4 including a beer and tip/tax. My husband and I enjoyed the tofu Rican wrap.

Ate here twice for lunch and once for dinner over five days. Service was super friendly, but very slow. My Puerto Rican friends thought it was understaffed for dinner. But the waitress was working very hard, the company good, and the food, when it came, did not disappoint. The trifongo was supposed to come with lobster, to which I am... More

Seated on the edge of Plaza Colon with a view of El Morro Fort, along with the setting sun, created a beautiful evening for outdoor dining at Cafe Berlin. Dinners were $19-28 so they were not a bargain but they were extremely good. They were out of almost all desserts, so that was disappointing. The service was attentive.

Great location, attractive dining room, excellent service, good prices, delicious food. We ate both dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. Enjoyed eating outside for breakfast.

We enjoyed our meal here. It is a lovely restaurant in Columbus Square. The food is pretty good, but know you will pay a premium for the location. Try a manjito. They are delicious, but don't let the waiter talk you into a second. At $10, one was enough for us. I liked the fact that the waiter did not... More

My wife and I stopped in after a tour of San Juan during a Caribbean cruise. We asked for typical Puerto Rican dishes and were served very tasty meal. Our server was Harold. He and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make our lunch enjoyable.

Food was good they have many authentic Puerto Rican dishes. Service is typical for area, somewhat slow and disorganized by U S standards but actually very normal amoung the islands
