My friend and I were on the hunt down for gluten free options and heard of Cafe Berlin. The gluten free vegetable pizza was AMAZING. Awesome flavors and great presentation. The service was outstanding and I felt peace when I was assured that full precaution would be taken in order to prevent cross contamination with gluten products. I can't wait... More

We actually went to Cafe Berlin because the place we were going to was closed. But am I ever happy we ended up here! Although it's a small place with only a few indoor tables, the moment we got there we were treated like royalty. Miguel was so delightful. I ordered the shrimp in garlic sauce served over a huge... It was pouring rain, so we ducked inside to grab a bite and wait it out. I might have enjoyed my meal more if I hadn't been freezing to death from exposure to the subarctic air conditioning- as it was, I found my portion to be undersized and overpriced, but it tasted okay.

Very good Puerto Rian & Vegetarian Cuisine in Old San Juan. Wanted something vegan and they accommodated me.

My husband and I went here for lunch and it was great. We each had a sandwich and loved it. Great choices on the menu and reasonably priced for lunch or dinner.

After a long afternoon of walking up hills & around forts; we finally came down looking all hot & disheveled in need of liquid refreshment & a quiet shady spot to revive our selves. CB looked just the place we needed & it was! With no one else around we were seated under the shade of a large & welcome... More

We stopped in for a quick lunch while touring the forts of Old San Juan. Minimal ambience, but for lunch, who cares? Reasonable menu, something for most tastes, good cocktails, pleasant service. If and when we revisit San Juan, we will definitely try this place for dinner!

Cafe Berlin offers gluten free and vegetarian options. We went for dinner and returned twice for breakfast. Family friendly. Outdoor seating.

It was a wonderful surprise to find a nice café with a lot of tofu on the menu. The sitting outside looked really lovely but all seats taken so we were inside, so not too many people and service was really prompt. The best tofu was from the side order we made for plain tofu, and they had grilled it... More

Nice, quiet cafe style restaurant that has a PR-vibe with delicious food. Be sure to save some room for dessert!
