The chicken mofongo was excellent and my wife loved the club sandwich. The servers were attentive and helped each other out. Our bill did not add up at the end, so watch for that. It was more a computer glitch than anything.

I ate dinner at Cafe Berlin after an evening walking tour of Old Berlin. I love the space! Art Nouveau decor, nice comfy booths. They were out of many of the things I tried to order, so I finally settled on the shrimp mofongo with a creole sauce. It was okay--not spectacular. We had hoped for a table on the... More

good menu, reasonable prices, rather small indoors dining room, but "patio" (sidewalk) dining also. Food was good, but wait-staff was extremely busy that day, so service was a bit slow (cruise ship in town and it was lunch time!)

We had a great lunch at Cafe Berlin. The place is very small inside and there aren't too many places to sit outside either but we got lucky and landed the last table. Fantastic service and very fresh and tasty food. Highly recommend!

Had a truly special dinner at Berlin Cafe with my wife. Everything about the dinner was great and we enjoyed ourselves very much. I'm a vegetarian and my wife is trying to cut down on her meat intake, and we found the food at Berlin Cafe to be outstanding. I ordered a Coconut-Tomato Tofu dish and my wife had a... More

My wife and I stopped in on a very hot afternoon after a day of shopping Old San Juan. Cafe Berlin is just down the street from San Cristobal and across from Plaza Colon. The church of St.Francis is also down the street a bit so it is nicely located. We had an appetizer that was good, and the Mojito... More

We 'stumbled' into this place. It's an intriguing mix of PR, vegetarian, and European food, and the decor matches the food. Very enjoyable on a hot sunny afternoon.

Fresh squeezed orange juice and pancakes done fresh from scratch and not from a mix. Service was kind and attentive. Indoor decor is upscale and outdoor seating facing the square is available. I would have returned if I had eaten at this location earlier in my holiday.

We were really craving something fresh and had been having trouble finding vegetarian options that weren't loaded with cheese and fried stuff. This place was great. Had a bean salad that was really great and served with delicious bread. Pina Colada was amazing, too. Took sandwiches to go, which were great and served with fresh tortilla chips. Great spot to...
