This place is horrible. We asked if they had any specials and the waiter said that it was only for locals. The food is bland, horrible service. Do not go here. We have traveled to many countries and this is a first for making me feel not welcome. I'm not coming back here. Extremely disappointed because every where we went... More

I do not know where to start from. May be, in the same order as we order the food. First and foremost, the drinks!! Loved the Mojito, the house drink - Manjito (it is out of the world). Not just this, they have the best Pina Colada I have ever had. For the food, we tried a lot of options.... More

Came here for dinner and absolutely loved it. The service was wonderful. It is a place where you can't come in a hurry. Sit down relax they have a large vegetarian selction. The dumplings were to die for. We had 3 vegetarian plates and they were outstanding definitely will come again!!

This is a nice little cafe on the edge of old San Juan. The menu is varied and vegetarian friendly. I started with a great potato soup and my wife had pigeon pea soup which was also very tasty. Then I had the chicken mofongo with garlic sauce which was outstanding. My wife had the vegetarian mofongo which she thought... More

We found this place suitable for Vegetarian options in this area, there are a few options available though. We tried eggplant milanese (entrees), Rice & beans and Yuca Mofongo. Mofongo was kinda OK but the rest of them are worth a try. Their entrees are good enough for 2 people with some sides order. If am correct all entrees comes... More

We went there for lunch knowing that there were some vegan options for my wife. While their choices for vegans/vegetarians were larger than others, I don't think the quality of food was worth the price. I had the calamari and the potato soup. The reason I got the calamari was because I found it on so many menus across PR.... More

Sub-standard and expensive food, parking hard to find.. Only plus point was the view of the streets from the tables outside and the portion was a lot..

Family enjoyed dinner here on two nights. Seafood mofongo and mahi-mahi filet were delicious. Vegetarian mofongo, veggie guava "loaf" and pasta primavera received very high marks from the vegetarian wife & kids. Unique frozen mango-mojitos were fun and tasty (kids loved the virgin version as well); however, their "famous mojito" was also respectable. Dessert of apple strudel & pecan chocolate... More

I visited Cafe Berlin last week. My boyfriend and I tried the Vegan burgers and the Veggie mofongo. They were both awful. The mofongo was extremely dry and tasted old. The Vegan burger tasted bitter and had a strange oily taste that we couldn't quite put our finger on. It was disgusting. The service was also terrible. We were 1... More

I tried the Breaded Eggplant Sandwich, it was tasty, the veggies were fresh and the eggplant had some but not overtaking seasoning - it was perfect for a lighter lunch for me, perhaps it is enough for many for a decent lunch. The coffee is also decent, better than many other in Old San Juan. Nice terrace, known from the... More
