Has a "commercial" feel but I like it

Over a 4-day period, we went to this restaurant twice and enjoyed experience both times. It appears to be a little pricey, but it's somewhat worth it. I recommend mofongo, churrasco, tostones, and mojitos.

We ate here in a group of 8. The restaurant is not a quiet place, but the noise was all happy noise, the wait staff were excellent and the food was very nice. I had the Mexican beer (Magnum) and it was light and refreshing. But beware: the fare is Puerto Rican, as you would expect, so if you are... More

Had the fish with creole sauce with sweet fried plantains and was great. Others had mashes plantains dishes - one with veggies & the other with shrimp & fish.

I do not understand how anyone rates this restaurant excellent. It was one of the worst meals I have had in years. The mofungo was dry and tasteless, our meat was dry and unseasoned. I literally could not cut through my son's ribs. The "salad" had 4 pieces of iceburg lettuce and a soggy tomato. Avoid this at all costs!... More

Worst meal I have had in past five years of dining out. Empanada's tasted like frozen steak -um's, mofango with shrimp mojo was dry and had 4 small shrimp. Ribs were tough and fatty. Food served in dented tin cups and bowls by a wait staff that was bored and unenthusiastic. This place was a referral from three different locals.... More

Culture, heritage, tradition and authenthic is the best way to sum it up. The service is excellent and the food amazing. Save room for the passion cheesecake.... the artistic glaze on the side will leave you spellbound when you see it.

Had dinner here with my group of 4 friends. We ordered the traditional mofongos which was really good. If you want to try traditional Puerto rican food this is the place. The pork chops Khan Khan was very tasty. Kinda cute how they serve everything in metal tin cups. All the servers are wearing traditional garb...kinda Disney like.... Service was... More

First time eating Puerto Rican food, we loved it. The giant pork chop, pork mofongo, and pina colada were absolutely delicious. The prices were reasonable. $50 included the above items, a beer, and the tip. Friendly staff.

Food was favorable & service was incredible. Rice and beans just the way my grandmother use to make & the Banana Flan to die for!

This place is cute, with servers dressed in historical Puerto Rican "costumes". The food is good and the service is outstanding...and they make a mean Mojito. Try the Mofongo - a traditional dish made from a plantain and cassava mash, topped with seafood or meat. It sounds weird but it's delicious. The Tres leche's cake was meh.
