The food was absolutely delicious. We tried ropa vieja quesadillas as appetizers, that was interesting and delicious. For the main course I ordered white rice, black beans and fried chicken chunks. I polished my entire plate. Also ordered a piña colada with rum, I had to reassure myself there was alcohol in the drink by asking the waiter because it... More

I came here on a recommendation from a co-worker who's from Puerto Rico and boy, she didn't fail me at all! This was the first and only restaurant where everyone here was polite and friendly! This is also the first place where the food came out like it should and not 45 minutes after we sit down. It's located a... More

I had goat stew with Puerto Rican rice and it was 5 stars. My wife had grilled Red Snapper with PR rice and she was very pleased.

This restaurant features traditional Puerto Rican cooking perfectly executed. We'd eaten at a country restaurant a few days earlier, and my wife commented that the yellow coating on her chicken looked exactly like what she'd seen then--which wasn't a bad thing--but it kept the meat unusually moist and juicy. My BBQ ribs were exceptionally meaty and tasty. And our friend's... More

Known for their Mojito's, these are really good, if not diving have two! The menu choices are excellent, lots to choose from, intermediate pricing and excellent for all tastes.

When locals crowd a tourist strip restaurant, you know you've found good food. Reservations are a must. The garlic shrimp app was superb, and enough for two. The pork loin was delicious, perfectly spiced, and again, large portioned. The mofongo was dense, flavorful, savory. Dined twice here during brief San Juan stay. Best in area.

During our two days in San Juan, everyday we ate at a restaurant that boasted authentic Puerto Rican food. All were fairly average, and then had dinner here. Hands down best meal during our trip. Enjoyed the atmosphere also.

This restaurant is a MUST on your saves for visiting the Condado Area of San Juan. We suggest you make a reservation to enjoy a meal that always pleases your Caribbean cravings. The Mofongo with Shrimp or Ropa Vieja were our top choices along with a pitcher of Sangria this trip. The waitstaff is always pleasant and attentive. This restaurant... More

Not fancy, but clean, comfortable atmosphere. Reasonable prices on food and wine. We were in San Juan for 5 nights, went to Ropa Vieja 3 times.

We ate here on our second night in San Juan. We found the waitstaff was pleasant. The food was nicely prepared and presented. Both my husband and I enjoyed our meal selections. Definitely enjoyed it and would recommend.
