We really wanted to try this place out, but when we got there (after getting dressed up to go out) we found that they were closed for renovations (which was not advertised). Very disappointing. more
I have eaten at this Ruth's Chris on two different occasions. The first experience, was the normal quality of service I have experienced at the Ruth's Chris in FL (attentive, timely, etc.). However my second visit was absolutely a disaster. We were seated promptly, but then the waiter did not come to our table for 15 minutes (not an exaggeration).... more
If this is the best steak PR has to offer, don't eat steak in PR. The service was outstanding but the food was average. I have personally had a $16.99 ribeye from Logan's Roadhouse in SC that was more tender and had better flavor then the $40.00 ribeye I had here. The cheesecake was good and very large portioned. more
I am a true carnivore and my steak was the best I have ever eaten .I am also very frugal but feel the high price was worth every penny. more
Is steak just suppose to melt in your mouth? It's expensive but WORTH every penny... :o) more
