Sept 2nd was my engagement and a day I will never forget thanks to the service of the awesome folks at Pamela's. My fiancé had always hinted of having a romantic dinner on the beach. And no place in Puerto Rico offers a more romantic experience than Pamela's. On the day I was in contact with Ruddy, and Audrea -... More

I came here to spend the day @ the beach. I rented a beach chair then ordered a Mango Cocktail and later Calamari and another drink. Service is v.good as.well as the quality of food and drinks. Keep this place in mind if ur in San Juan and want to enjoy the beach, shadow under a palm tree (as Im... More

Other restaurants in Candado and San Juan may rank higher but for food quality with local flavour this has to be right up there. Mains are well priced with entrees and desserts also high quality. It is the drinks that will see your bill climb. While many advertise dining on the beach, this is the only one I have been... More

We definitely were paying for the atmosphere and location, but the food was not worth the price, funny thing was that the bill included the tip. The tip they included was less then I had... More

We went with a group of Americans. It was a bachelor group, and the waiter totally took us to the cleaners. He convinced us to get way way more good than we needed. We felt like idiots, and the waiter knew what he was doing. It would be a great place to go with a date, but Large American groups... More

The service was amazing and it was a beach front hotel. It was in Ocean Park away from the chain hotels. I love it because it was cozy, quiet and the food was amazing. At times it seemed I had the beach to myself.

Pamela's was a disappointment. The food is overpriced. The service is not good. The tables are plastic tables with plastic chairs "plopped" in the sand. The restaurant is located in an ugly hotel with bright ugly flood lights lighting the outdoor area. The indoor space is decorated with heavy Spanish furniture which is completely inconsistent with the beach environ. My... More

If you want to eat on the beach, go ahead and go, but don't expect good food. Couldn't finish my dinner it was so bad. Very disappointing and would not return.

What better way to dine than on the beach overlooking the ocean. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious.
