Aurorita Mexican Restaurant serving our customers since 1973. Jose Garcia & wife Elizabeth Carmona started out as the first generation of Food Trucks in Puerto Rico in the 70's and little by little built the restaurant. Their customers are loyal and span at least three generations. Its been in the same corner for 40 years and today and its a landmark in Puerto Rico. With the same passion and dedication, it's now managed by their three sons and an amazing team. The best Mexican Food in Puerto Rico and the best Margaritas in town. Nice evening out

Again, one of my favorites in San Juan. Always full with a happy crowd, singing Mariachis. Terrific Margaritas and excellent Mexican food. Must have the pico de gallo and tostadas with pork or chicken. That's enough to fill you up and send you home well fed and happy.

We left. Health hazzard we saw doves at the tables. Incredible. Doves walking on top of the tables and eating from leftovers.

I've been going to this restaurant for over 20 years and it's still my favorite restaurant in the metropolitan area! Love the enchiladas, carnitas, refrito, and queso fundido. The service and parking are great.

Food was delicious, the place was great looking and they had live music (mariachi). Overall had a great time. Food was great quality and worth money spent. Prices were very fair, not that high. Very pleased. Surely would go again.

Aurorita Restaurant is always a very good place to eat. Great food and Margaritas... with very good flavor. This last time we had "pico de gallo" and it was delicious and flavorful. Refritos, tostadas, tacos, burrito suizo elefante... Very good! The service, is very good too. Good location and free parking!

Good food and service on a casual environment. The flautas were okay but the chicken in them was dry and taste less. The tacos al pastor were fantastic. Chile rellenos was good except the chicken was dry. Overall we will be back

For more than 30 years, Auroritas is making the best Mexican food in the island. Since I was a kid, I went with my parents and now I go with mine for a great evening of great food and great mariachis. I remember in the first years, it was only a little house on a corner of De Diego Avenue... More

My husband is a margarita's fan. He has tried this drink everywhere he goes, including USA and Europe, and he has not found a better one. The food quality has been the same excellent quality over the years. Service is quick, efficient and pleasant. The pico de gallo, fajitas, carnitas, burritos and spicy carrots are great.
