This time, I visited Macaroni Grill at San Patricio Plaza. My son and I went there for a quick dinner, after a long day working at the Mall. The place was packed, and we elected to sit at the bar. We made the best decision. The service at the bar was great and she served us well. We both ordered... More

After a long day working at Plaza, we went for a late quick dinner. The place was full, but the wait time was OK. For appetizer we ordered the fried calamari and these were fresh and crispy. For entrée, I had the Chicken Capresse, and it was tasty. Service was good, although a bit slow, probably for the amount of... More

Took some customers to Macaroni Grill and the service was spot on no complaints there. With that said, the food was good and well seasoned, however, the price was outrageous for a lunch meeting. Overall, good service and food, but would not recommend this place if you are in a budget.

We were celebrating a friends birthday so we decided on dinner and a movie. We chose this place to experiment and it was a bad call. The waiter took 24 minutes to come take our order, the appetizers were luke cold/warm on side was cold the other was warm like it had been siting under the heating lamps only on... More

We went to a see a movie in Plaza Las Americas, and after the movie we wanted to get something to eat. I've heard of this restaurant, but I've never been there. So, my girlfriend suggested we go. We were well-received and quickly seated. The decor of the restaurant is actually very nice, so it was comfortable. Our waiter was... More

Over half an hour to get a table, another half hour to get bread, and another half hour to get our food. Two of our orders (steak and pasta) were so cold we sent them back. No return trip by the waiter to freshen drinks. The laughable part is that I tried to teach the waiter a lesson by going... More

Went here in Plaza Las Ameriocas with my family to eat, thought I'd be eating delicious pasta... not. We had to wait awhile for the waitress to come, she came to us in long intervals, and we told her to bring our beverages WITH the food and not before... seems to have gone in one ear and out the other... We are average customer of this restaurant in Plaza Las Americas in San Juan. The minute you step in, it seem like you are in the middle of Venice, the waiter's attire, the music, decoration of the resturant is very unique. The food and service is great! My favorite plate is Scampi al la Romano and my family loves the... More

We love your restaurant, we always take our family to the Hato Rey and Caguas Restaurant. Great service and good food. Sadly I went once to the one in San Patricio with some customers, the food was cold, late and the service very bad. Last week Ill gave a try again to this one but this time with my family.... More
