Servers were friendly and professional. Courtyard had nice ambience but also a few mosquitoes. Get the lambchops and sangria. I would return amd recommend.

I first went there in 2011 with some friends as we were staying near by. It was pure luck that we found this place. In April of this year, I was in Old San Juan for 2 nights and I ended up going there twice!!! It is a great place for good food and good atmosphere. It is a tapas...

We took the "flavors of San Juan" dinner tour and this was the least favorite of the 4 restaurants we visited. The Sangria was overly sweet and the mofongo was dried out and very salty. The rice and beans were good, certainly the best part of the meal. There was some good bread with an aioli sauce that the rest...

We entered a lovely courtyard to have our meal. The menu was varied with many local cuisine choices and we all had delicious meals. The server was terrific... well trained and earnest. Very nice wine list. Flamenco dancing too!
I had the Lamb chops dinner with rice and beans. I had read some prior reviews that said the sauce on the Lamb chops was amazing... IT WAS AMAZING!! A little less than $20. For the amoint left over worth every cent. My bf had skirt steak with some sauted in some delicious mushroom sauce.....SPEECHLESS about $20(worth it)! The Sangria...

Loved fruity sangria by pitcher. Lamb chops seasoned to perfection. Tempted to ask for more bread to sop up juices. Exc custard and bread pudding Can't wait to come back
Have eaten at this restaurant three years in a row now during my visits to San Juan. Great food and ambiance. Recommend eating outside, if you can. Simply a wonderful experience in a building over 500 years old! Try the sangria as well!
We stopped in for tapas and sangria and fell in love with the small outdoor dining space where we were sitting. Other than the open sky, we almost felt like we were indoors in the quaint courtyard. The waiter was excellent and made some delicious recommendations since their extensive menu was a bit overwhelming. It was a little overpriced but...

Exceptional service. Amazing vegetarian options. Authentic. My fiancé thought his chorizo was a little fatty. Delicious sangria. It's tucked away on a side street but the atmosphere is outstanding. We recommend sitting outside on the beautifully decorated patio.
