Great Panaderia in Ocean Park

Stopped by in our way to the airport to have breakfast. Lots of pastries, sandwiches, and breakfast options. I ordered a Mallorca and it was very good. Other pastries like quesitos and pastelillos de carne were ok, had better in other paces. But it is worth the stop for a pastry. We sat down and... read more

Like no other bakery. I wish we had places like this in Orlando, FL. Its perfectly located in between the touristy and residential area. Great food, great coffee, great prices.

I was disappointed in Kasalta. After reading the reviews, I expected better. My mallorca had an insane amount of cheese on it, so much that I couldn't eat it all. It was overwhelming. The prices were steep for the portions as well. The dessert was good (some sort of mousse treat). If you want authentic Puerto Rican food, go elsewhere.

It was good. We visited once for breakfast. They have a strange Cafeteria-Style system where they place your order on a tray at the counter as each item is being prepared instead of having a waitress bring it to your seat. Each item is placed on your tray and SLOWLY, your order is put together on the counter while you... More

This is a very casual local place that is kind of like a cafeteria but also has table service. We enjoyed "can can" which is a type of pork chop and fish "bilbaino" style which was very good. Nice variety of Desserts. The food is good there and has a nice choice of food and is very fresh.

I really wanted to be blown away by this place, especially because of its history. The baked goods were good but not anything out of the ordinary. The coffee and hot chocolate was good . The prices were reasonable. They do have parking which is a plus.

Outstanding bakery! Huge selection of both sweet and savory pastries for breakfast, yummy candies, cookies and cakes, and delicious soups and sandwiches. Very friendly staff, and espresso that is out of this world but very reasonably priced.

Kasalta is a great restaurant. We went there for breakfast each morning for our 3 day stay in San Juan. Their pancakes are heavenly!! Great staff, fairly fast service.

Second time visiting PR, my friend and I decided to stop by for a later afternoon "cafe con leche" and sweet treat after a beach adventure. This bakery is old school with plenty of classic and authentic choices from sandwiches, entrees and dessert. The cafe con leech, while not as fancy and expensive as other cafes we visited, hit the...
