From the cafe con leche to the tasty sandwiches to the even tastier pastries, this place has you covered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Good service and a definite local's hangout. It's a great place to take your time and enjoy an unhurried meal - or a place to dash in and quickly get your food and go, it's up... More

I had visited here over 10 years ago (before Obama's visit) and loved it then...yes there is a big menu, and the approach can be a little confusing at first..when you enter I suggest walking all the way down to the end of the corridor and back before deciding what you may like. There is a great Pernil sandwich (cut... More

My husband and I ate here for breakfast because our hotel supplied a voucher for free breakfast. I was extremely disappointed with the offerings. We got pancakes out of a box for sure and a baguettes with egg to split between the two of us and two small coffees. No orange juice. If looking for a place for breakfast I... More

Ordered scrambled eggs with ham, onions, peppers and tomatoes. It came with two large toasted pieces of bread. It was good, not dry at all. I also tried the oatmeal. It was soooo creamy and delicious. A large was not large at all. I am from NY and I would consider it a small. Try it before you add any... More

It's just seriously good food, both in the bakery section and the sandwich area. Always packed with locals and tourists, you can have table service or order at the counter and sit down. The cafecito was great, especially with an empanadilla. I had the medialuna just like Obama did. And it was indeed great. Reasonable prices.

Good choice of breakfast foods and very reasonably priced. Within walking distance to the Tres Palmas Inn. This is a place I will visit whenever I'm in the area.

Very reasonable local food! We had a lunch special of a sandwich and cup of soup for about $9 and for breakfast we had some pastries which were about $2-$3 each! Delicious!

Deli with great food, a little hard to order unless you speak English . They will wait on you but not worth the trouble , better choices and quicker at counter.

We went to Kasaltas several times since we stayed in the neighborhood. We had breakfast and coffee and cake. Didn't think the breakfast dishes were something special, but the selection of cakes is overwhelming. Liked the plain donouts best.
