Octopus carpaccio, just order it.

Traditional spanish bakery slanging bfast, lunch and dinner. Sandwiches etc are all good but a bit on the expensive side. The hidden secret here is the "sit down" spanish menu which is some of the best spanish food in the area.

We stayed a few streets from this restaurant and usually had breakfast here. We really enjoyed the food here as well as the people who work there. I have been coming here during vacation for about 3 years now and it is great to see familiar faces every time we come by.

We stopped here for some sandwiches on someone's recommendation. I'll be honest, I pretty much judge a bakery on their napoleon pastries because I love them so much. Kasalta had them, and mine was delicious! YUM (5 stars for the napoleons, guys)! But onto the real reason we stopped by - sandwiches. It took a bit of time for our... More

Loved this place. Great, authentic coffee and food. Staff were very friendly and patient with me considering I don't speak a single word of Spanish.

This is by far the best Bakery around San Juan. If you are visiting Puerto Rico- you must stop and test some of these goodies. Hands down the best Quesitos on the island!

This bakery was delicious. Not only was there a plethora of pastries and all reasonable priced. They offer sandwiches and lunch quality foods as well, but we tried for breakfast only.

We ate here three times for breakfast. This place has an amazing selection of baked goods. Don't get overwhelmed, go with the classic, famous quesito: a scrumptious, flaky, glazed pastry filled with a creamy, slightly sweet soft cheese. Enjoy with an espresso con leche and grab a to-go container of their shrimp salad (camarones) to enjoy at the beach, which... More

This place is well known because it was the only public place President Obama visited during one of his short visit to the island. Located in the Ocean Park Area approx. 1-2 miles from the Condado Area Hotels. Well known for their bakery and sandwiches but they also have daily specials and soups. Pros- extensive menu, best for breakfast but... More
