A memorable evening

Nicole! Thanks so much for coming by and letting me cook for you. The staff were very happy to have been able to pamper you as well. I do hope we've collectively set a tough standard to beat when dining out. Cheers, Chef Wilo, Owner More

We had two meals here late June and early July 2015. Both were simply outstanding. Although right next door to the very loud casino, the restaurant itself is quiet and elegant. The service is fabulous. The menu is as well--it is full of unique dishes as first, second and third courses. One evening, we just ordered several different appetizers for... More

B and MJ! Thank you both for your kind and flattering words about my team and my food! Perhaps the best compliment here is that you came back on consecutive evenings -- as a chef, nothing delights me more! Do come again soon. Cheers, Chef Wilo, Owner More

When you enter the restaurant it's beautiful, modern and up scale. You are immediately greeted and taken care of by a team that is so attentive that your water never makes it to only half full - they serve Fuji. The menu is simple and everything seems with trying - we started with the risotto app it was delicious!! The... More

One of the first and still one of the best upscale/fine dining PR fusion restaurants in PR. If your looking for great service, food and drink don't hesitate to choose this place.

Had lunch there and the waiter was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and the ocean view alone was worth going to the restaurant.

We currently do no t open for lunch. Where you here in a private event or perhaps you have us confused with another experience. If in fact it was a private lunch event at Pikayo, thanks very much for taking the time to write us such a wonderful review. Cheers, Chef Wilo, Owner More

Food was fresh and well-presented. We felt that the staff was present, but inobtrusive. Parts of the Hilton were dated and a little dingy-smelling, but the restaurant was clean and open. Dishes were innovative and palate-pleasing. I would recommend for any occasion. It is pricey, though.

Tonight my husband and I dined at Pikayo. The service was impeccable. Remi's eye for detail left nothing to be desired. We started with the special mozzarella, tomato and arugula pesto. The size was perfect. Offering a joyful experience from the creaminess from the mozzarella, to the freshness of the pesto and tomatoes. Next, we had the tuna tartare. It... More

Chef Wilo Benet is at his best, every detail is covered, creative, flavorful and elegant cuisine with an amazing wine list to pair. Great dining room and bar, the service is at Michelin star level, the wine list is updated daily leaving out the surprises of absent labels and accommodating to the dynamic aspect that every wine list should have,... We are foodies and went to eat in about 10 well-ranked restaurants in San Juan in about 6 days. These included Marmalade (twice), Jose Enrique, Oceano, Perla, Santaella, St. Germain Bistro, etc. Pikayo is clearly the best in every aspect. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, the ambience was top-notch and the view from the dining room was... More

I have dined at Pikayo many many times throughout the years and always enjoyed the fish since I don't eat meat. Willo makes the perfect fish never overcooked always moist and juicy.
