Great Meal...A must!!!

Wow. This place had great food and the service was great. It's atmosphere was ok, a bit bland. However, the food....Wow!!!! The swordfish was amazing. The tuna tartare is a no brainer. It feels as if you had it before but it's nuances remind you what a unique dish you are having!!!

Great restaurant in the Cornado Plaza Hilton. Don't be fooled by the restaurant bein part of a hotel. Upscale, classy and delicious. Great appetizers and full menu, heavy with seafood choices. Great wine list. Ask for a window seat, viewing the ocean!

Though very expensive, it was well worth it, and I rarely feel that way, when i spend a lot on a meal. Food was delcious! Best piece of fish I have ever had. And mushroom risotto to die for! I loved the round table, as I felt we could all enjoy together!

That's terrific! I'm always glad when a guest leaves here fully satisfied. I'm excited that you're such a big fan of the fish and risotto as well. Love to have you back again soon. Cheers, Chef Wilo, Owner More

Returned to one of my favorite restaurants in the world Saturday April 11, 2015. Because I know I have enjoyed most of the menu, I have taken to allowing Chef Wilo to titillate my palette with whatever he choses to bring me to eat. Regrettably, Chef was not there during my visit, but he should be proud of his staff... More

A restaurant like this would never survive on the mainland at these prices, but it's not on the mainland, so good for them. You will enjoy your meal here. Service is nice, Restaurant is pretty; I'd suggest getting there early as the view is really nice, I've attached a picture just in time before dark. Bartenders at this spot do... More

I'm thrilled you loved the atmosphere and I'll be sure to pass along your compliments to my staff. As for the meal itself, it sounds like you are not a rich sauce person. Thank you for the feedback, and we'd really like to have you visit us again the next time you're in the area. All the best, Chef Wilo,... More

We chose Pikayo for a birthday dinner. The service was impeccable, but the selections on the Chef's Tasting Menu were far from outstanding. The pompano and lobster were dry, and the lamb chops were nothing special. The dessert was so spartan we felt we hardly got a taste. The complimentary birthday flan was the highlight of the meal. Our bill... More

It sounds like you were disappointed with your dinner, which is unfortunate since we always want our customers leaving full and happy. While I'm thrilled you enjoyed the complimentary birthday flan, I'm sorry the other dishes fell short for you. We take great pride in everything we create and the lobster and pampano is no exception. But I only wish... More

We were greeted by a very nice gentleman who seated us towards a comfortable area to the left as you enter the restaurant. While we got ourselves seated, we noticed two locals who he knew by name. I guess this was the "spot". It sure was. My husband and I ordered gigantic omelettes and enjoyed our cafe con leche. Our... More

Dear Reviewer, Im glad to hear you had a great breakfast experience in PR but I think you have us Pikayo confused for our friends and colleagues at Pelayo. I occasionally have breakfast there myself and love it. We currently do not serve breakfast at Pikayo. Cheers, Chef Wilo, Owner More

During our stay in San Juan we also ate at Oceano, Orozcos, El Jibarito, and Budatai, and Pikayo did not live up to these other excellent places. The lobster was overcooked, and when I noted this to the server, I was told that that is how Caribbean lobster is. However the steak was excellent and the atmosphere was beautiful. For... More

Bill, it's unfortunate that you provided such a score only based on the lobster which is exactly how they told you, not as tender as Maine Lobster. Not all lobster are created equal! Cheers, Chef Wilo, Owner More

My husband and I enjoyed a divine dinner here last night. Jose, our server for the night, was very charming, knowledgable of the menu and on the top of his game. This is very surprising to hear and I'm sorry you feel that way and but I assure you that my servers are always quick and professional with some exceptions of performance as any other establishment is subject to and apologize if your table was the bearer of that small percentage, that said we usually hear great feedback about the food...
