Went here for dinner and have to say it was quite a surprise. First of all it is unlike anything we have ever seen in San Juan. Not sure how to describe the atmosphere but the food was awesome. Everyone has raved about the white bean soup...and we concur 100%! The heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad is fresh and delicious,... More

Had a wonderful experience at Marmalade. Was looking forward to it, as it had come highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Had high expectations going in, and my expectations were indeed exceeded. Both my husband's and my meal were really over the top delicious. Most notable, there seemed to be a slight glitch with our order (it happens in... More

My husband and I just arrived in San Juan yesterday, and decided to put Marmalade at the top of our list of restaurants to try. Boy! What a treat! When making our reservation, we told the hostess that we are visiting SJ for our honeymoon. So, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated at a special area off... More

We have tried so many times to make it to Marmalade when in San Juan and finally did!! It was a fun and less daunting experience that most reviews make it out to be!! The best thing about Marmalade was the fact that you choose from several tasting menus with or without wine pairings or go a la carte with... More

We are food lovers and I would say if you are not this may be a little pricey for some. I would say its a five star / four diamond restaurant and found it to be worth every penny. We also did the 6 courses with wine pairing, we didn't go light on anything. You can definitely make it more... More

Just returned from San Juan and discovered Marmalade. It was outstanding so we went there twice within our six-day stay. The food is excellent, atmosphere lovely. Our waitress Charlotte was so pleasant. Peter, the chef and owner personally comes out to greet everyone and takes the time to answer any questions about the food and wine. Wonderful dining experience!

The best dinner Ive ever had. I do regret not trying the wine pairing but it seemed to expensive at the time. My fiance and i got the 5 course specials. You have to get the white bean soup as one of your 5 orders, and Im glad youre forced to because it was absolutely delicious. The bread pudding was... More

My husband and I were celebrating a special anniversary and the restaurant made it very special. The food was extraordinary. It looked beautiful and tasted even better. We had the 4 course tasting menu. Among the dishes we chose were popcorn shrimp , lobster risotto, creme brûlée and fresh berry cobbler. Our server Coral was warm and welcoming and knowledgeable....
