Beautiful modern setting, professional & friendly service, food worthy of "Gourmet". Amazing flavors, and elegance not to be found anywhere else in the island. The chef personally greets every dinner, which makes it even more unique. Also the chef made a special 10 course for my girlfriend who is vegan. more

This restaurant was a wonderful surprise! In the old part of San Juan there are quite a few great restaurants now. Marmalade however is in a league all on it's own. Fabulous in every way including a lengthy wine list. I can't wait to go back! more
