They want reservations , but we wear too late for that so we just tried the walk in. And no trouble , no wait. Able to sit in the group long table in the middle of the bar area. Good seats. We picked the four course with wine pairing. All the courses I picked wear great to see And eat.... More

Quite possibly the most delicious food I have ever consumed in my life. I came here with 6 girlfriends. NONE of us ordered a bad dish. Everything was prepared to perfection and the service was top notch! It is a must try when in PR.

I travel regularly to San Juan and have enjoyed this restaurant for many years. The food remains outstanding, but the wine pairing was slim on my last visit. It's as if the bartender has been told to cut the pour in half from past practice. I said something to the staff and got a shrug in reply. Next time I'll... More

Visited the restaurant for a special occasion, words will do no justice to this food and service. We were three and all ordered the six course tasting menu with wine pairings. Au contraire to other restaurants we have been, you can actually order your food from the regular menu, not a special one for pairings, excellent idea. I had the... More

An amazing 5 course meal. Just when you think it cannot get any better they bring the next course - which is even more amazing! The white bean soup is a must! This is a must when in old San juan.

We had a wonderful 5 course dinner with wine pairings. The service (Rafael) was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The food was interesting and delicious. The wine pairings were perfectly selected for the food. The atmosphere was upscale and relaxing. It is definitely an expensive meal; but totally worth it for a memorable dining experience. I will absolutely be back... More

I loved unusual combination of flavors at this elegant restaurant. The slow roasted chicken with cornbread crumble is particularly delicious. My less adventuresome daughter still enjoyed a perfectly cooked steak and a lovely desert. The portions are not tiny and we were all very full after four courses. Marmalade also offers a nice wine list.

My husband and I had the most delicious meal of our lives here on 1/21. We opted for the 5 course tasting menu and let me tell you the portions are not skimpy as one would expect. By the 3rd course I had to slow down and not eat all of it because I was already getting full and wanted... More

My boyfriend and I came to Marmalade highly recommended from a few of his coworkers. We got the 4 course meal (not prix fixe... You get to pick whatever you want for each course) and we were stuffed! Good-sized portions and amazing, unique cuisine. We recommend having a reservation and requesting a table in the back of the restaurant. While... More
