I used to like the hamburgers here, but the last 2 times the burgers were tasteless, maybe they changed the recipe or something. I think this place is too expensive for what it is plus its extremely hot inside, its very uncomfortable to eat while sweating a lot.

Good atmospher. Excellent taste. Very flinstone and low budget decoration. Secure place. Small food portions. Good parking. Please tip the guy that "watch" your car when eating.

Great food. Local place. Great price. Valet suggested we go here. So good we brought friends back next day for lunch. Don't miss it if you are on the area

This place is an institution in the Old San Juan area. The burgers are small, but like they say, good perfume comes in small bottles. I just order two from the beginning. The burgers are charbroiled, perfectly done. Fries are good, this is like a Puerto Rican Five Guys, you just have to go and enjoy it. If you are... More

I don't know if they changed the recipe, the cook or what? But I used to love this place. Not any more... I went today and left totally disappointed, because it's not what it used to be. The meat was dry and without flavor. The service was as good as always, but the quality? Not there at all... Don't think... More

Typical and traditional spot in San Juan. A little busy and crowded; might be hot also; But you will get a Burger as it is supposed to be. Party atmosphere although it is a familiar place. great French Fries

Cheap place, cheap service, cheap prices...very simple menu. Always crowded. Historic place. Nice variety of burgers, which are very good. Just two choices of sides: fries and onion rings. Come as you are.

El Hamberguer has been around for decade. Home made burger. Tasty onion ring and French fries. Beer, soda, cheese cake from cheese cake factory. Plate with onion, tomatoes, pickles and lettuce also go alone with the burger. Medium size restaurant that start at lunch and never end. People going in and out always. Stop and grab a real juice big... More
