have to go to this restaurant every time we go to puerto rico, they have the best pina colada that I have ever tasted or made as I used to be a bartender. try the sausage or shrimp appetizer. The lobster tail is huge, my husband and I split it and there is still food leftover, not the lobster of... More

They claim to have invented the Pina Colada and maybe they did. But it's overpriced and nothing special. It hits you first because they pour the rum without blending it. But once you stir it up, it's just an ok pina colada. Drinks were pricey. The paella was fabulous. A good courtyard for dining and worthwhile to go to, but... More

The courtyard is very nice when there is some air flow, otherwise eat inside where the AC is on. You see a lot of people from the cruise ships at this restaurant, so there are often loud kids. Their mofongo is only dimpled, so you get a huge amount of cornmeal and not so much of the filling. Drinks are... More

We were with a tour so did not get to peruse the menu. But what we did have (grilled chiken breast, rice and beans and tostones. Was very good. service was a bit slow but that was ok. Make sure to have the Pina coladas they are very good. Nice atmosphere. We dined outside and that was great! Servers were... More

Billed as the birthplace of the pina colada, one of our favorite summer cocktails, we couldn't pass it up!. We had one (ok, we had several) and they were perfection! The mofongo and "pork chops can can" were delicious. There's outdoor and indoor seating. Great atmosphere and service. Definitely a hit! It's a great place for lunch (liquid and otherwise)... More

It is a must to eat here if you are in the city! The Pina Coladas are superb, and only $7!! I had the churrasco mofongo, which was a delight! The ambience is intimate and lovely. The prices are very reasonable, and you can tell this is real Puerto Rican fare.

To be honest, we only came here because they offer free luggage storage during the day which was very helpful after disembarking from our cruiseship and not having a flight until that night. I was really concerned this would be a tourist trap. I was happy to find out that I was wrong. After storing the luggage in the late... More

The restaurant that created this drink quite awhile back. The place has a Puerto Rico attitude. Very friendly wait staff and a place you can sit at the bar and just suck in that attitude

We lucked out when we were getting off our cruise and heard people talking about heading to Barrachina's to store their luggage for the day and eat. We had about 4 hours to kill before our flight and took a taxi to Barrachina's. We were able to store all of our luggage in a secure room, they gave us claim... More
