Then it was not strong enough and went back to the Barista to ask for a more strong coffee. The way the he responded was with an attitude telling that I need... More

After three visits to the island, we finally stumbled upon good coffee. Located inside a Museum, it was purely by accident that we found it. No more Starbucks for us . . . Don Ruiz coffee or nothing at all!

This is one of my favorite places in the Old San Juan for coffee, the place is nicely decorated, its a bit hidden since its inside Cuartel de Ballaja and you can't see it from the outside but once I discovered became my favorite place where I go always after lunch or dinner ! Highly recommend it !!!

My partner loooved the coffee. (He got a pour-over.) The tea selection and selection of savory pastries (none) could have been better.

Located in the SE corner of the building housing the Museo de las Americas, this little gem of a coffee shop was an ideal spot to sip coffee after touring the museum. We just had coffees but they also had wonderful looking desserts, crepes, and sandwiches.

We visited the coffee shop on a Spoon Food Tour. The coffee was seriously the best cup I have ever had.

We were exploring Old San Juan off a cruise ship and weren't in need of a cup of coffee, and it was even warm outside. This place is incredible- go. It's hidden inside the courtyard of a museum (and google maps let me astray), but the vibe inside was very relaxed, clearly a place for locals and tourists, the coffee... More

Maybe it is because we are from Miami but we expect fast service as in under 10 minutes for coffee vs. the 25+ we waited. Suggestion to owner: you are highly rated and need to staff accordingly as your coffee is great!
