Its not just the pizza, it the whole package! The space the building is in is old San Juan at it finest! Expect there to be a wait (out the door) whenever you go. Wait, its worth it. The upstairs is much larger than the downstairs and worth a look if you are not eating up there anyway as it... More

This had become my favorite spot in old San Juan. When you are there, you now you are in a 500 hundred years old city. Reminds me of the spanish tascas. The best Arroz Mamposteao ever! I am not exaggerating. Just try it. The churrasco was very good too. They have great pizzas and a number of good tapas, for... More

Go to the second floor for a surprise setting! Amazing atmosphere with great food. A large pizza was more than enough for 4 people. Delicious

The pizza selection was great and different. My wife and I tried the Tampiquesa, which had Chipotle Carnitas and Pico de Gallo on it. Delicious! Their beer special was good too: 2 Peronis for $5. The first floor was dark and crowded, but the upstairs has a huge bar, lots of seating, and big windows overlooking Calle Fortaleza. Just be... More

Seems like no matter where we vacation or how long we're there, at some point the pizza craving hits. This is the place to satisfy that. The place has great atmosphere, comfortable seating, friendly service and excellent wine, and many beer options. We made the mistake of ordering two personal size pizzas, one regular crust and one thin. Unless you... More

We order pirilo and la griega pizza, veryyy good. A little expensive, but must try. It's different from other types of pizzas. Should visit with friends.

Great small pub, crowded. Although loud, enjoyable atmosphere. We snagged two seats at the bar; line was out the door. Friendly service. The problem: the pizza was mediocre at best. You'll be disappointed. And it's expensive. But it's a popular place, especially with locals. Maybe you'll get lucky with your order.

Went twice in one week. That's how awesome we found the place. Good vibe either if you are with kids during the day or with another another couple during the night. Try the "croquetas mamposteao" appetizer.

Great pizzas and artisan beers. Good ambience but it gets very crowded on weekends and is a very small place.
