The pizzas here are very good with the best crusts and fresh ingredients. I had a hamburger and plantain pizza - awesome! The wait staff is very friendly and gave great service.

This place is in Old San Juan. The restaurant is in an old 2 story building. The service was top notch. The servers were always checking and keeping our drinks filled. The have a great selection of beer from around the world. But the best reason to visit this place is for the food. We had pizza and it was... More

Never in my life did I think of eating pizza (or pasta!) in Puerto Rico... until I tried this place. My mother-in-law needed a break from Caribbean food and boy am I glad she did! We had to eat here twice and would have gone back a third time if time permitted. Delicious and authentic pizza and pasta. Fried mozzarella... More

Thin crust, excellent ingredients, tasty and fresh. Margharita is my favorite. Go and try them all. Make reservations if possible, there is usually a waiting list.

If you're looking for a place to eat great rustic pizza at any time of the day Pirilo is your place. All the pizzas are hand made and the home made sauce is exquisite! I have a sensitive stomach and I can eat those pizzas and feel good afterwards. The sauce is not as acidic as any fast food pizza.... More

We ordered a large pizza - half Carbonara and half Pizza Rosada. The pizza was so good we have already decided to go back there for the last night of our trip to get more. We will probably get the Carbonara again, as it is one of our all time favorites now, and try it with one of the other... More

I was actually at the Pirilo location in Santurce (McCleary). They have a fairly large menu and being that I was "fried" out of tostados, pasteis, fritters, I opted for a basic cheese pizza. I have to say that this was the best pizza that I've had in a while. It reminded me of pizza that used to be served... More

First of all you should sit on the second floor rather than the first. The decor is cuter on the top floor and the staff is nice enough. The empanada sampler and the croquetas were very tasty, however the pizza and pastas could have been hotter. It was delicious and moderately priced, definitely recommend going, but food could have been... More

Let me start with the two positive things about this place! First: The staff. They are the reason I gave it 3 stars intead of 2. They are super courteous and friendly. Aware of what the customers need and ready to refill glasses as soon as they notice them empty, offering a fast and efficient service. They are very clean... More
