Loved it! Best authentic Puerto Rican in Old town.

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday so it was, understandably, busy. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. We didn't want to wait in the long line for a table so we opted to eat at the counter. The menu was old school Puerto Rican and prices were very good. My husband had the Mofongo with... read more

My husband & I have been going to this café for quite a long time. Whenever friends come to visit us from NJ or NY, we take them to Manolin's. We want our friends to experience typical Puerto Rican cuisine at a place where the locals go for lunch. No one is ever disappointed! The service is good & the... More

We sat at the counter for lunch and it was a mix of tourists and locals. Good diner food. Get the queso flan!!!

We had numerous people recommend this place for breakfast and lunch. It was so good! Best mofongo I've ever eaten. You can tell a good restaurant when it's filled with locals, and this place was packed.

Apparently, a puertorican breakfast is not what Americans expect. The Oatmeal was instant, eggs overcooked. Not as good as Dennys.

Dinner environment , but food is great and it's as cheap as your going to find. Spent $45 at our hotel for the exact same breakfast we got for $17! Ate there three times. Only wish we found it early in our stay.

If you want to experience true local flavor you go where the locals go and this place is it. Authentic rice and beans with fried plantains. It doesn't get much better than that!

If you're looking for authentic, diner-style food in the Old San Juan area, this is a good option. The decor and food look very modest but the taste is all there. I enjoyed the mofongo while others in my party raved about the chicken and rice, which came recommended. Ask for their in-house hot sauce to spice things up. The... More
