Tried the Mofongo everybody raved about but, found it very dry and tasteless...and appeared to be a confetti (different variety of ripeness) mound of spackle.

They have excellent prices , food and service. It's a retro looking restaurant where they have steak, local Puerto Rican cuisine such as rice and beans , fried ripe plantains and salads. Their chimichurry sauce is amazing!

Delicious, fast, great service. We sat at the bar for lunch. We split grilled grouper, beans and rice and fried plantains. So good! Also had pistachio cake. Highly recommend. Busy but little wait.

Very good old fashion restaurant. If you want to eat traditional Puerto Rico food in a good price this is a good option. Old San Juan had a lot of differents restaurant but most of them are expensive.

We needed a place to cool off and have a bite to eat. Walked in and tables were taken so sat at the counter. Took some time until we were greeted. We all ordered burgers. The food was just ok. Very loud. Not the most clean place. There are def better places to eat!!
