Carlos was our waiter he was wonderful. Food was fabulous. And plenty of it. We all left stuffed. Little bit pricy bit was worth it. Tried things we never had. Loved it.

We ate here our first day in san juan and it was very classic place, the set up was nice and food was good but the prices are outrageous! Not worth the price, a rip off... it does not cost 40 dollars for cooked snapper fish. You can eat elsewhere in san juan and old san juan with same quality... More

Amazing food - very creative Puerto Rican/Caribbean food. Located on a very large porch in an old home, it really does feel like you're dining in someone's home. I loved the mismatched chairs and large tables and the decor. The menu changes daily, but of course there are some regular items. On the house, they give you cod fish fritters... More

Went one late evening for a light dinner. Was seated promptly and provided with a blackboard menu. Looked over the menu and decided what we wanted. Unfortunately they had a busy day and were out of quite a few items. Regrouped and decided to order appetizers instead. I didn't enjoy the complimentary salt fish fritters as they were more like... Staff was excellent, all the food we had was out of this world down to the desserts. The place itself it really cool and the folks... More

For an authentic Puerto Rican experience, I was informed to visit this restaurant. It is a small restaurant located on the porch of a former home so pls make a reservation if possible. The food was very flavorful. Most of the dishes were flavorful and worth the visit. It is a quaint restaurant with excellent service. One dish was not... More

The food was some of the best flavor we have experienced in Puerto Rico over the two years we have lived here! Prices are very reasonable and it has a quaint atmosphere we loved!

Cassava Mofongo...that is all I have to say! Sit outdoors on the 2nd floor patio. Even on a hot San Juan night, you will feel like you are in heaven. Such a cool neighborhood, and a great restaurant.

I have been going to Casita de Miramar since it opened a few years ago. I must say it has rarely disappointed me. The menu changes daily, from bbq ribs in guava sauce to fricase de pollo, and some fish entrees for those who don't eat meat. In my opinion, the best puertorrican food served in a restaurant in PR.... More
