Authentic Food and Great Decor!

I surprised my girlfriend with a trip to PR to propose and this was the first restaurant we stopped to eat at. We enjoyed this place a lot. We didn't get to see a flamenco show (sadly), but the decor made you feel like you were in a maestros home. The food was fantastic. We had the tostones... read more

Happened upon Triana's as we were walking about Old San Juan. We chose this as opposed to a steak house across the street. We were not disappointed with our choice. Establishment offers free salsa lessons on certain nights and the night we were there, were experience the flamenco show. Guitarist was amazing and the dancers were great too. Food was... More

I went here to see the shows from the festival and that was fun. Now, I got a pitch of sangria which wasnt the best and it was way overpriced. For a bottle of water and the sangria it was $38. Ridiculous. But other than that, service was ok and entertainment was a plus.

We really liked the small flamenco show. The food very over priced. Our server (Gary or Gabi?) forgot 1 of our drinks, our appetizer came after our dinner and all he could say was "I am new" . Pathetic!

Good food, great entertainment, fantastic sangria, a must go in Old San Juan. The dancers were fun to watch while eating a great meal.

Everything we ordered was very good, especially the sangria which was excellent. The flamenco dancers were wonderful and at the end of the show they brought audience members up to learn. Was a great experience. Afterward go downstairs and have a drink at the bar in the bank vault, very unique.

We made reservations for dinner and the Flamenco show on a Friday night. The show was really enjoyable, the atmosphere was fun and energetic, and the food was okay. I try to enjoy local food and entertainment wherever I visit. I was not disappointed with the overall experience; the show and the service. I would rate my meal as average.

I made prior reservations. When I get Marcelo welcomed us and served us all night. He gave us excellent service. The food is very good, we ordered paella. But Marcelo was the one who made the difference. Later we went to la Boveda bar down stairs, was very interesting looking bar.

We enjoyed the mojitos and my husband loved the seafood paella. As a vegetarian they had a couple dishes on the menu but the veg lasagne wasn't that great. The flan, drinks were good. They had upbeat, spanish music and the atmosphere was amazing.I would go back and probably choose my vegetarian option more carefully and after asking more questions.
