This charming, little gem, tucked away on the back streets of Santurce will surprise you with it's excellent food, and excellent service. Everything we had was delicious! I had the ribs special, which had been cooking for two days, and it was sensational. Another person in my party had the eggs "benedict" (Beurre blanc, not hollandaise!), also delicious. Do yourself... More

We went to this cafe after reading the reviews and ordered exactly what everyone recommended. Had a delicious cappuccino, red velvet pancakes, florentine benedict, bacon, potatoes, topped off with a bloody Mary and soursop mimosa. All was first rate delicious, and the waiter was just charming. Definitely would come back.

Went for lunch, our group tried different types of mofongo, salmon an I had the asopao which is a traditional rice dish. Food was excellent and the place is very well decorated. Service was slow, the flavor of the dishes made up for it.

My friends and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast here! The service was also very pleasant. All the morning cocktails were also delicious! We could definitely tell they were made with love. We loved this place and will definitely be back on our next visit to Puerto Rico. Thank you Cafe Marquesa.

We tried this place on a Thursday morning at 10:30am and this place was completely empty. I assume it gets really really busy and more boisterous on weekends as per the other reviews so if you don't want to wait, go on a weekday! This holds especially true if you have a larger group as I could see it taking... More

Even though Café Marquesa only opens from Wednesdays to Sundays it still a place where you can have a nice and quiet breakfast (not on weekends!) and enjoy the good service. Red Velvet Pancakes are to die for with that unbelievable glaze that I cant just forget! Benedict egs, El Diego Sandwich and basically the breakfast menu is delicious. For... More

Eggs florentine and Benedict are fantastic. Served with a small side of red potatoes, it's just the right size. The place was packed and we were seated and served right away. High quality tea and coffee too! We would definitely go back.
