Stopped in St. Germaine for dessert. Shaaday was our waitress who like us was from NY. She was just the sweetest! St. Germaine is such a fun cafe. I had the crepes stuffed with nutella and my boyfriend had the chocolate croissant made with nutella. Both were delicious. We will return to try the lunch menu as we have heard... More

Charming bistro with great salads and sandwiches, and large portions for the price. We returned for sandwiches to go on our last day in PR and two hours later, ON THE AIRPLANE, they were still delicious! Very friendly staff. Any complaints about a line or wait are just indicative of how popular this place is... we went on a Thursday... More

Literally the best mojito I've ever tasted. Every drink is made fresh and infused with herbs and fruit. The ginger lemonade is refreshing and just the perfect afternoon treat. The ingredients are fresh and made in-house. We may be eating here again during our trip!

I was walking around Old San Juan looking for a place for lunch. I saw the name and it sounded familiar and when I looked inside it was packed...always a good sign, I decided this is where I would have lunch. It is a small place and very busy but if you are patient during lunch tables will turn quickly.... More

Wait is untolerable and no waiters available. What is wrong? Everything! The a/c appears to be broken as well. I am sorry because this used to be my favorite place.

This gem is my favorite restaurant in Old San Juan for lunch or brunch. It is artsy, euro, shabby chic and immediately welcoming and comfortable. The cobb salad is huge and satisfying - substitute goat cheese for bleu. Service is fast and clients are a mix of locals and tourists. Their sangria is worth a trip alone, and there is... More

Went for brunch on a Sunday (1st mistake), arrived at 11:00 am (2nd mistake), with a big group (3rd mistake)... The waiter took forever for everything: talking about 20 minute waits. The food was good, the menu limited, specially because of the "meal plan" style policy: worst than Disney! Maybe will give it another chance on a Saturday, table for... More

For those who are looking for a place that has a good ambiance, and great food for lunch. St. Germain is your place. Their ginger lemonade is to die for, and their food is great too. I have had lunch there several times, and I don't feel extremely full, just satisfied in order to continue my day.

This place was a breath of fresh air after eating at several very expensive alternatives elsewhere in San Juan. The food was fresh and tasty as were the juices. The service was friendly even when the place was hopping. The only minor negative was that one salad was a bit overdressed.
