My Tuna was done as i asked and it was perfect. my party enjoy a nice Fillet Minion. That was a quick late dinner we did not have any wine or appetizers. Other people in our conference also enjoy the food in Perla.

Our family stayed at La Concha Resort in the end of March. To make the last night of our vacation extra special we dined at Perla restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful, the design is very unique. The service was fast, attentive. The food - amazing. It was a great finish for our stay in Puerto Rico!

Excellent food! Very nice atmosphere. Cool surrounded by water. The wait staff was also wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The seafood here was great!

My only complaint is that I think my lobster was a bit overcooked. It adhered to the shell and I had a lot of trouble eating it. But the beurre blanc sauce was terrific and I still enjoyed eating it. Other than that, the service was impeccable and the food excellent.

Very good food. Surprised to find this restaurant in a hotel. Cool location though--1958 bandstand. Shrimp appetizer was very tasty. Spicy tuna entree was nicely done. Would return.

The place to be is Perla inside of La Concha Hotel. The food is great, the atmosphere is amazing, the staff is wonderful. Had the surf and turf meal and it was worth every penny. Definitely looking forward to eating here again on my next visit.
