My wife and I went for my birthday, I was looking for a romantic restaurant in san juan, I was reading a lot of reviews and we chose this one, and we do not regret it at all, charming place, the service could not be better, they don't allow your glasses to be empty at any time, every single time... more

Service is poor and the food is decent but nothing spectacular and definitely not French worthy. True, well traveled foodies would not give this place a great review. This does not showcase French food at its finest. Chef's like Daniel Boloud would laugh at the mockery. more

I chose 311 based on the many reviews I found online, and we were not disappointed. Don't ignore it, thinking why would you go to a French restaurant in San Juan. It is French, with a definite Puerto Rican flair. Having eated in a number of the incredible French restaurants in Boston (including L'Espalier, and its sister restaurants), I have... more

In preparation for our anniversary dinner, we'd read all the reviews and this sounded wonderful, so our hopes were high -- and they were exceeded in every way. A really pretty and comfortable dining room and one of the most well-prepared meals we’ve shared. One word to sum up the food, décor and staff? Genuine. The food, flawless without being... more

We dined here on a Wednesday night. We had a reservation for 8pm and got there early. There were very few people when we arrived and were seated immediately and had out choice of a table. We started with the tuna tartar which was good but not the best I've had. I had the duck for an entree and my... more

It seems that many of the upscale restaurants in San Juan want to go the way of the "club style" with house music up a bit loud and supermod design. Not so for 311 Trois Cent Onze and it is the better for it. We had escargots in garlic butter, a nicoise salad, rack of lamb, and halibut in shitake... more

From the busy street, the exterior of 311 does not impress, but step inside and you will enjoy impeccable service, some of the best cuisine in Puerto Rico, and ...with the sounds of a little Coqui to match, you will have one of your best (fusion) dining experiences in Puerto Rico. more

We stumbled upon this fabulous restuarant by accident! We were walking the streets of Old San Juan looking for a place to have dinner and stopped to look at their menu. It seemed to have something appealing to everyone in our group of 6 so in we went. We were transformed into elegant surroundings and treated with fantastic service during... more

This is an elegant French restaurant, set in the heart of old San Juan. It is sophisticated and refined and the food is wonderful as well! We had Sauteed Sea Scallops with Bacon and Pumpkin Pureed and Duck Foie Gras Terrine with warm Brioche Bread to start. Followed by Caribbean Lobster Tail with Champagne Beurre Blanc, which was meaty and... more
