Nice place to eat when craving American cuisine. Very good service, fun atmosphere. Prices are reasonable to the states.

I like the food especially if you want to eat something that is familiar. However, be careful with your bill. Our tab was very high and we didn't check it till after the fact. They included the tip on the bill. We ended up giving them a $40 tip on a $50 dollar tab. When we went there again they... More

Steak was not grilled. Was simmered in water. Gross! Server was inattentive. Never checked up on us once. He was in the back eating was his excuse.

Regarding the experience of the stolen iphone from Chilis in San Patricio Plaza, the Area Director did respond and replace the stolen iphone. What is sad is that on June 9th I received a notification that my iphone had been found (Find iphone) but the police station did nothing to help me search in San Patricio Plaza who had stolen... Well once again, Chili's let us down. Went in around 7 and it wasn't too crowded. When you walk in... More

The food was sub-par at best. The service was ok but not great. The drinks were weak. The french fryer was out of order the day we went. It's not very clean either. I will never go back!

We were able to get a good seat to watch the 2014 NBA Finals. Our Hotel wasn't too far from here so it was a nice little evening walk. I had the same thing that I normally get at any Chili's-nachos. It was good

The Chili's in Isla Verde by the El San Juan hotel is very pricey!! My cousin and I had a fajitas and a country fried steak, and a few rounds of beer...no appetizer or desert and the bill was over $70!!! The place was clean, noisey, good service, but the prices were on the verge of gouging!! PLUS you have... More
