Try it you'll like it! Very nice family running the restaurant. Cute outside dining area. If you are very hungry, get two burgers. Always left wanting more!

In a little town outside of Port Antonio, Jamaica there is really great Rest and Bar that does home made Burgers of all types even for the full vegetarian which is out of this world. There is also a full menu of Jamaican food, this you have to call in advance before arrival of this quaint little stop. All in... More

We've been there in the low season. You need to call and order in advance if want to try someting from the menu. Otherwise, only the burger is available. It was good with plantain in it.

The burger was great. I had no idea plantain on a burger would be so delicious. You should probably grab 2. Don't forget the rum punch. Some of the best I've had on this island.

This place has reputation that preceeds it. Two friends reccommended it. Best burger I have had. Nice fresh meat. I could have eaten 2 burgers. Delicious. Washed it down with their home made ginger beer. Nice!!

You haven't lived until you've tried a woody's ultimate burger. Just ask for the burger with plantain, every burger is made to order but trust me it's worth the wait!

We were recommended this place at our homestay. We reached Woody's right around they had shut down for the day . I think it was papa woody who was there at that time. He said he would still serve us food and asked to order what we wanted. There were burgers , sandwiches , fries we ordered. The food was... More

On Saturday June 21st a group of 16 close friends took a trip to Portland. We stopped in at this little burger joint. The cook said there was too many of us, and to come back tomorrow. She said it would be worth it. Man, was it ever. We were greeted by Mama, and Papa Woody, who were absolutely amazing.... More

The owner has some recipes that should be patented! He mixes in plantains into some of his burgers which results in unique, delicious, juicy burgers. On the advice of a customer in the restaurant, who couldn't stop gushing about the vegetable burger, I tried the vege burger (and I am not into vegetables) and was blown away by the taste.... More
