After the trip from the airport and a few red stripes in, my husband and I were starving. We wondered outside of the Tensing Pen gate and found Sharks. We sat outside under the thatched roof and enjoyed watching the school kids arrive in their uniforms and the traffic go by. My husband ordered jerk chicken and I got fried... More

We had lunch at this family run restaurant on New Year's Day. They were so friendly and the food was great.

We have stayed at Tensing Pen twice. Sharks is located right across the street. Juliette's pan fried snapper and cole slaw are the best in Negril. We went there twice and ordered the snapper both times. You will not be disappointed!

Dropped in for dinner on Wednesday Dec 3rd. Classic roadside Negril dining....painted in the national colours, seating for maybe 10...very funky...Juliette the renowned local chef was away visiting family in the States. We were concerned at first but Shark himself was in charge...Ordered the pan fried red snapper...best of a bunch of great meals my wife had in Negril. I... More

This was the first place we ate at in Negril at recommendation by our hotel at Banana Shout and did not disappoint. In fact, this was the only place we ate at twice. The breakfast omelet was good, as well as the Curry Lobster and Garlic Lobster. The juices here are also made fresh and very good - I recommend... More

You need to stop at Shark's while in Negril. Great food, nice people (Shark and Juliette) and local flavor. Panfried snapper, curried conch, jerk chicken, fresh veggies and fresh squeezed juice. Prices are very good, Mary and I had panfried snapper, veggies, peas & rice and a couple Ice Cold Red Stripes each and spent less than $30.00 for dinner.... More

First let me start by saying that i and my woman are not fussy people we also can cut people some slack. Especially when traveling to under developed places. Sharks was recommended by a neighboring restaurant owner saying it was a great place to eat and recommended the curried goat! We ordered the Goat as well as curried fish along... More

We've never stopped here (West EndRd/One Love Drive, across from Tensing Pen) but based on people on several forums saying it was a must, gave it a try. It's your basic roadside eatery, small and open air, with a jerk drum going off to one side. Our hostess was very sweet and welcoming and told us the chicken was almost... More

It is a little shack with a big heart. Sharks, if it is open, is worth a visit up on the cliffs. I wanted a vegetarian luncheon after several days of stewed or curried chicken and the delightful melange, steamed in coconut milk and served with a glass of fresh juice revived my spirits. Inexpensive, fresh, and savory, Sharks does... More
