Stayed there for three weeks, what a wonderful staff, the chicken was the best in Negril and never got tired of it, I'll need another fix real soon. Keep up the great work you folks do there

We had heard good things about Bourbon Beach. We went last year and the jerk chicken was rather dry. I've learned elsewhere it's all about timing, if you go at in between times you may get some that has sat on the grill too long. This time was perfect. Chicken was hot and moist, sauce had a very good kick,but...

We stopped here on a day tour with our tour guide. It was the best jerk chicken I have ever eaten. It is spicy, so just know that going in, but it tastes great. Our tour was on a Wednesday, and we went back again Friday to have the jerk chicken. I couldn't stand to not have it at least...

Friendly staff but not very clean. My husband and son loved the Jerk Chicken. I ordered pizza and it was not good at all. We noticed that a milk sat out at the grill the entire time we were sitting there (about 45 minutes). Hope they didn't use it for anything because who knows how long it was there before...

I had lunch at Bourbon Beach and liked it so much, I ended up coming back at night for a live show! The lunch was good, and the show was fun!
Last week in March, stopped in twice for what's supposed to be the "best" jerk chicken in Negril.
Hoping the first time was just an off day, each time our chicken was dry, I mean very dry. In fact it was the worst (by far) of all the jerk chicken we tried that week. Been going to Negril for over...

We've been eating at Bourbon Beach since De Bus days and its ALWAYS been the best jerk...period. My wife and I ate there 4 times last week during our 8 day stay in Negril. Big juicy portions and a special sauce to make you sweat. My kids dig this place so much that we based our trip to return on...

We thought we'd stroll south of where we were staying to see what that side of the beach offers. Bourbon Beach was advertising an "international reggae star" that was going to be performing that evening so we thought we'd do some recon. It was our first jerk chicken experience. Incredibly dry. The place was gross. You can be casual and...

I probably ate about 9-10 chickens while in Negril this past week searching for the best jerk. I have to say that Bourbon had some really tasty jerk chicken.
If there's better jerk chicken in Negril, we haven't found it. Not for those with delicate palates, however.
