Not really anything amazing but it did fill me up. Got the brown chicken stew. It came with 2 boiled yams slices, one fried dumpling, and 2 boiled dumplings. The stew and the fried dumpling were great. The boiled dumplings were dense, and starchy and the yams were not much different. They both had no flavor. Im sure this is... More

Much disappointed in missing out on some of my fave aki and salt fish and decent to good coffi... never anticipated that our slow descent off the mountain would result in empty pots and pans...

We went for breakfast and had salty fish and the chicken stew. Both plates came with two hard dumplings, a friend hard bread, and a slice of potato. The food it self was good tasty but all the garnishes were not that great. The place is a typical Jamaican place that also serve continental breakfast.

We ate here several times during our two week stay in Ochi. The home style Jamaican food was delicious. I would highly recommend the oxtail and fried chicken. Prices are very reasonable too.

If ur looking for a place that serves Jamaican dishes at a low cost this is the real authentic restaurant. The oxtail literally melts in your mouth, its so tasty. The location is right in the middle of ocho Rios town next door to everywhere. Mom's is my best slice of Jamaican dishes.

Mom's recently catered my daughter's wedding reception at a villa on the hill...the food was phenomenal, the staff were courteous and professional, and the cost was quite reasonable. Serving authentic Jamaican cuisine the guests (mostly non-Jamaican) were incredibly impressed - they are still talking about how great everything was (Jerk chicken and pork, curry goat, oxtail, escovitch fish, curry veg's,...
