This is a gem nestled on the side of the mountain not far from the Blue Mountain. We stayed in the room called "the View"-crisp white linens and the best view. We ate at the cafe/restaurant which stands for Europe In The Summer. The food is grown on site and was totally wonderful-kale salad with nuts, mint and pea soup... More

Its a nice place to have a meal to get away from the busyness of life and the city below. I had my first taste of lamb there. Enjoyed my curry fish with a glass of fresh mint lemonade. The taste was worth the wait. If we had more time i would have tried the crab back. Would recommend but... More

great ambiance, the view is out of this world, try to get there early if yo are going for dinner as it gets darker up there early. If you are not used to the terrain get a driver to take you.

I am fascinated with the irish town area , think it is one of Jamaica's unspoilt treasures something like Portland but much nearer to me. So i seek out new places to eat and relax just chill on sundays especially. Well my friends and i visited Eits. The place is beauitiful, uniquely decorated bathroom, breath taking view, fresh air.....magnificent!. While... More

At EITS the food is good, menu is well thought out, ambiance is GREAT but service needs improvement. If you go NOT expecting 5 star service, then you won't be disappointed. My wife and I have been 5 times in just over one week! Once we realized how relaxed the atmosphere was and what to expect, we simply ignored the... More

We really loved the EITS fusion kitchen (European-Jamaican). Like everything in the Blue mountains, this restaurant was more expensive than in the rest of Jamaica. But it was definitely worth the price. The lamb & pasta were amazing & original. There was also a lovely art gallery with a lovely view. It was a modern 'boutique' experience. We recommend this restaurant.

Love the ambiance and the views are magical. Have been to EITS with visitors to Jamaica on 4 occasions. All loved the location though not the trip from Kingston there. The first time everything was spot on, the food was served in a timely manner and was delicious. The servers were not well trained nor particularly helpful nor friendly. After... More

We walked to EITS from Strawberry Hill (the staff there said no one les had done this before) partly because estimates of how long it would take us varied for half an hour to "don't even think about it". In the end it was about 80 minutes (allowing for photo stops) but it was very hot and we convinced ourselves... More

Lovely tucked in hill. Quaint with fish in bathroom. Accommodating of large party of 9 without a reservation. (Had emailed to get reservation but had not received a response.) However linen at table not particularly clean and not ironed. Cushions dirty and in need of changing. Flies. Despite that we stayed to eat. Food average. Liked the fact that local... More
