OK but a bit stodgy

I bought two smoked salmon (Lox) bagels with cream cheese - they were just about ok - weighed a tonne and the smoked salmon was is short supply (at EC$22 each!). A little disappointed but few places are open out of hours and on Bank Holidays and they are the only bagels in town.

These bagels are the closest thing to the real deal that you will find anywhere in the Caribbean! Go for it and get the bagel and lox and you will swear you are in a NY Deli!

Honestly if you go there just for a bagel (with cream cheese) you will really enjoy it. The bagels are large, soft and fresh. Good variety of cream cheese. My favourite is the onion bagel with scallion cream cheese for $8 EC. Good filling quick breakfast option.

If you're in the market for ice cream served up by the most consistently outstanding provider of bagels, ice coffee, and pizza in Grenada, New York's Finest Bagels is, hands down, the best place to go. The other day I was walking around campus - NYFB ice cream in hand - when arguably the number one basketball player on the... More

Avoid. The bagels may be good but the coffee is from Dunkin' Donuts -- thin, bitter and an insult to this island, which is a stone's throw from Trinidad and Tobago where they grow the world's greatest Blue Mountain coffee. Worst of all is the service. The guy at the cash is snappy and impatient, never broke a smile and... More

Hello and thank you for your feedback. While we appreciate your opinions, we can definitively tell you that our coffee is of the highest quality from the United States. While Blue Mountain coffee is excellent we chose to go with another name brand coffee as it is a balanced coffee that nearly all of our patron's enjoy. If you do... More

Too expensive. Mediocre food. Rude service. They seem to rely on their name and being 'not Cariib'..

I love New York's Finest Bagels. In addition to outstanding food, their customer service is without question the best on the island. Farooq is an excellent cashier - he's fast, accurate, and he's always smiling. He exemplifies New York's Finest Bagels commitment to excellent customer service. Kim and Ali are also very good! The team at NYFB is hands-down the... More

When I first got to Grenada a couple of years ago, I went here fairly regularly but gave it up after a few months. The food was fine and the prices seemed reasonable, but the service was frustrating. About 5 or 6 months ago, I gave it another try and have been a regular since then. The menu on display... More

New York's Finest Bagels is the ONLY place in Grenada that makes me feel like I'm back in the USA. Outstanding food at a very affordable price. Hands down the best bagels, egg and cheese sandwiches, and pizza on the island, in addition to the tons of other things on the menu. They use fresh eggs (not the fake stuff... More
