We walked by the restaurant several times. It sits on the 3rd floor, lots of stairs. This little restaurant is very cute. At night, from the street the lighting is very attractive. The hostess/waitress is a doll. She speaks French, Spanish & English. Now about the food: the Maison Punch is a small glass of fruit juices & rum. Very... More

If you are a seafood lover, you must visit the Vivier. On a spectacular terrace overlooking the little village of Dominicus, Olivier, a real French chef, will grill fresh lobsters to the perfection, just in front of your eyes, as Géraldine will charm you with her fabulous smile and personality! For a unique experience, reserve in advance for a ''cigale'',... More

We wanted to change from the "all inclusive" formula where the amount of food in our plates is minimum, so we went to Le Vivier and had a very romantic diner. Furthermore we reserved for the sunday night and halfway through our diner , the owner told us that she opened just for us ! The quality, the service and... More

Noticed the place while running around Bayahibe in the afternoon - back at the hotel I read the positive reviews on TA and booked a table for dinner! Very good choice! You come here for the lobster - and lobster you get! Very good, tasty, nice and attentive service by the French couple who owns the place. And you get... More

This restaurant is owned by very cute french couple. They are so nice and helpful. Lobster is excellent as most of their menu is composed of it. Beef and fish were wonderful. Their dessert is pure heaven. It's very clean with warm and original decoration. There is a demonstration to feed a lobsters and to learn more about them. Nice... More
