From the outside I wasn't sure about this restaurant but it came highly recommended by some local people. Once we went it, the place was full but we found a table . I ordered the calamari and broiled Mai Mai . They were the freshest that I think I ever had. The food was amazing ! I highly recommend it..... More

You may feel like you must go to a more known, better located restaurant while in Sto. Domingo. However, Sully's is a solid option for fresh seafood in a quiet, relaxed environment. I've probably eaten there 4-5 times. Fish, lobster, shrimp, soup...it's all good.

Nice sea food rest. Fresh sea food not overly priced, good selection, always over crowded on a small location give the impression of rush to get out, food is very very good. Recommended.

This favorite has been operated by same family for decades. The food, service and decor seldom change. Few non Dominicans are found there. It is always good and busy. Many Dominicans eat regularly there. When available the lobster salad is fabulous. Highly recommend their grilled chillo and the shrimp in a cheese and cream sauce. Pass on the pastries as... More

Have a reputation over estimated, nothing special at all. Te best plate is "caldereta de Marisco" it is a fish and sea food soup very good. The rest is nothing special. Over price!

This is excellent for sea food. Always fresh fish or other sea food. A rather simple setting, very good service and reasonable prices. I recommend " mero a la vasca" a large serving of a wonderful fish soup with lots of vegetables, mussels and sea bass.

This is supposed to be one of the fish place and it is, but to be honest, I have been disappointed at some points. The service is fast, attentive and efficient. Now I may not have the same Straight from the sea notion. A frozen fish or shrimps are not really a straight from the sea thing! Their ceviche is... More

Fourth time back, food fresh and place is very clean, excellent service. Ceviche is excellent, I have never been disappointed with any dish, my family has eaten here for years, it is out of the way, but worth the trip.

It's been a while since I have eaten here, but I always try to make time when I visit Santo Domingo. I think they are closed on Mondays, and they open later than I like for dinner, so the only time I really get to go there is for a late lunch. However, the food is great. I highly recommend... More

This is the second time i visit this restaurant, i went in 2009 and now in July 2012. The food is great, they have very fresh seafood. I went with a party of eight and everyone was satisfied. You must try the coconut flan they have...it is by far the best dessert i've ever tasted.
