The level of service here is WAY below the price and overall quality...absolutely no attention given to during our visit. A good Italian restaurant, of which there are many in Santo Domingo. Food, service and ambiance all very acceptable. Parking is inconvenient and located on busy narrow street. Very popular with locals.

To start, this place is just beautiful. You can sit outside with a nice breeze. When I went inside, it reminded me of Alice in Wonderland, maybe because of the really cool chairs. overall poor dining experience, service average, food really worth throwing out, very expensive for what you get. would recommend to stay away from this spot and go instead to pat' e palo that is next door.

We had a very romantical dinner in this restaurant, the location at Plaza de Colon is the best, in front is the Columbus house. The waiter Franklin provides a very good service. We had good wine and food. I enjoyed the fliar of the old city at this place.

Food was good. Service is the issue. We were sat at the table with no napkins, dishes or silverware. When the wine arrived they had to go back and find wine glasses, same when the food arrived...they had go back to get everything needed and it took a long time to the point that we began eating with our hands....
