There is no point on waiting near 1 hour just to hear how sorry they are for running out of pizza at 10 p.m. an all your family starving...

It is incredible what happens there, after one hour they told us... "I am sorry to tell you but we do not have more pizza" ... AFTER 1 HOUR... There are no excuses...

Looking for Italian food? Look no further! We took the free shuttle from our resort in Jan Thiel bay to Il Forno. Still can't believe this service is absolutely free of charge. We had some salads and bruscetta (do try them!) for starters and pizza for main course. Service was ok, and food delicious. Our daughters had a great time... More

This restaurant was the first, to serve thin crust pizza European style. It's been many years now but the pizza chef at Mahaai has always been the same person, making their pizza consistent. Pasta has ups and downs, so I stick to pizza. Their salad is also very tasty. They have promo now for lunch, pizza for Naf 15 and... More

I'm a regular at Il Forno (usually the one in mahaai) for their pizza. This month I tried the all you can eat pizza on monday for the first time and it was fantastic. I had the chicken margarita, the three cheeses and then the il forno. So delicious! I finished it off with a sundae, africa I think it... More

We found the food at ll Forno to be okay, but we are very, very, picky, on Italian foods. Pizza is better than ok if you add gouda cheese to it - isn't everything. The deserts however, are out of this world. We find them to be very well adorned and to have quite a variety. The soup is what... More

Il Forno Mahaai is nothing special, but the place looks nice and cosy. Their pizza's are very good with a thin crusty bottom as I like them (others may have other preferences). Prices are ok, especially on all you can eat Monday when a visit to Il Forno is a bargain and the place gets crowded, so you had better... More

I loveeeee their food. And I am not saying this as a ex-employee but as a customer. But the service is sometimes not so great. (And I am not saying that because something happened with me and the managers or anything. I don't work there anymore because I moved away for University). When I am on vacation on Curaçao I... Finally a place on the island where you get what you pay for. The pizza was great and so were the salads. Many of the pizza's are unique to ingredients on the island and not typical American styles which made the experience even better. Seating is relaxed and outside so you can come after a day at the beach and... More

My husband & I visit this place from time to time since I love Italian, actually all Mediterranean food. I am from Mediterranean & I can't live without it. Service is most of the time ok, here & there could be more attentive & offer second drink. I love their garlic bread & tapenade, eggplant parmigiana is great, carpaccio is... More
