Quiet Gem of a Restaurant

Just past the Sea Aquarium and the dolphin tank the pathway leads to this gem of a restaurant. Situated at the end of the inlet sits this romantic little restaurant. The service was well above what I have come to expect from my many visits to Curaçao. We had a group of 12 and the orders were... read more

If you're in the mood for great Italian food on Curacao, look no further. Augusto's is in the Sea Aquarium Resort and offers outside covered dining. They offer a nice varied menu and the chef will even make a special request for you. I was in the mood for Veal Marsala the night we dined there. That entrée was not... More

Ordered the grouper. It was breaded and pan-fried. It was so greasy, it was almost inedible. OK ... we thought it was an off night. We went for happy hour on Wednesday. First of all, the frozen drinks are $10 and tasted as if it was a smoothie!! To go with our happy hour drinks, we ordered a caprese salad... More

Friendly staff, and owner, who I believe does most of the cooking himself! Had nothing but fantastic food there, after trying a different place the first 6 nights of our vacation, we ended up here on the 7th night, and came back the 2 nights. Why try something else, and be disappointed, when you know you can have a great... More

We love to go to Augusto's. The ambience is great and the service is given with a big smile. They serve really good pasta's, especially the sea food pasta. But if you really want to treat yourself to a 'food festival', go for several antipastos instead of a regular main course. Ask for not just the regular (tomato) bruschetta's, but... More

We always include a dinner at Augusto's when we visit Curacao. The restaurant is at the Sea Aquarium Resort and is on the waterfront. The chicken francese was excellent as was the seared tuna. Augusto likes to uses garlic and I like it too. Only possible downside is another restaurant across the lagoon sometimes has a very loud latin band... More

We stayed at the Sea Aquarium resort on which Augusto's is located. We had dinner there a few nights which we don't usually do (we usually try to eat a different places). It was so good that we had to go back. The pasta bolognese and pasta fruiti de mare (seafood pasta) were so delicious!!!

We had dinner and breakfast here. two of us had the pasta bolognese and enjoyed it, bread is ordered and charged separately and was served while still hot. The fish dinner was nice and light. Breakfast ranges from omelettes and pancakes , all cooked to order , breakfast for 3 was under $30.00

We stayed at the Royal Sea Aquarium and had some fabulous meals here. Augusta can whip up some amazing dishes. There are awesome sandwiches and burgers ... With killer fries. The food in the evening has an Italian/island flare. You will not be disappointed with any of the food. The scenery is knock down gorgeous and very romantic.

Usually not impressed by the bar and restaurant at hotels, but this is a great place. Small, friendly, they just do things right. I've had several breakfasts, omelettes with ham and cheese w/toast-and they are very good.I know it's not that difficult, and yes, I've had better- in an authentic french restaurant-but this is way less expensive and excellent compared...
