Excellent Restaurant

Giving them a 5 star because the food was yummy and the service was superb. We didn't really like our chocolate cake and they said that they would take it off the bill because they want us to be absolutely happy with our meal. Food is very good for a restaurant on an island and need to import... read more

We read the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to try this place out. We got there at 6:00 PM and they let us in. They don't open until 6:30. Saying that, we were still welcomed with fresh bread, wine, etc. The owner came over and explained that there were not open yet but was VERY NICE. It was interesting... More

Family run to perfection. Excellent Food, Excellent Wine selection. We decided to go for lunch since we were told that it may not be safe to walk there at night. If you are on Curacao you have to try the Wine Cellar.

I visited the wine cellar for the first time and it was excellent from the start to the end, I came in from the door the staff welcome us with a smile, then we sitted at the best table. We had a baked mushroom and escargot, which was fantastic and for main dish we have the fresh catch off the day... More

This was our first restaurant visited in Curacao as it was rated number one---our question is HOW??? We are from NYC and love to dine therefore we were expecting great things---NO. We had to be buzzed into the restaurant and then stated we made a reservation (there were three of us) the staff looked at us as if we were... More

First of All, service was exceptional and though I went with family, I can say it was more of a couples, special occasion restaurant. Food was good, portion size decent but not that memorable and a bit on the expensive side.

Saw this was highly on TripAdvisor, and it was fairly near my accommodation. Nice cosy restaurant, and with two rooms. The menu is a la carte, and not the biggest selection, but no matter my colleague and myself found our choices. Carpaccio of Tuna and Lobster Bisque Soup. Mains, The Duck and Red Snapper we ordered. A small taster of... More

I was really expecting this to be mind blowing. My meal was good and the service as well. But this establishment is very very dated.

White linens, flowers on the table, a beautiful romantic spot. There isn't a view, but the food is outstanding. I ate way too much, and wanted to eat more. The mahi and the short ribs were to die for. Very rich food.

The owner (Nico) and his son (Anton) make this place extra special with the close personalized attention to all the details. This was our second visit to this restaurant and we will be back every time we are in Curacao. Yes, it is rated #1 on trip advisor but it truly earns its status. It is a small restaurant with...
