Absolutely enjoyable evening. The lobster was large and excellent and enjoyed on the patio overlooking an awesome sunset. This was my second visit to this restaurant ...I had been wanting to return to it for sometime and was not disappointed. Excellent service, food... never disappointing.

We had dinner at this restaurant on a recent trip to Cuba, and enjoyed it very much. There was only one other couple there besides us, and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. We sat on the patio overlooking the beach, and watched the sun set across the water while we ate. Gorgeous. We were a party of 4... More

This is a great place to get away from the cuban buffet known to all resorts. Great seafood and steak, don't forget its cuba not 5 star cuisine from home but by far the best meals I have eaten in cuba. I have been 10 times to cuba and even had my 25th bday dinner at this restaurant! Food was... More

Actually, this is the place Al Capone did all his bootlegging to get booze to the States. I talked to the guys that worked there and (I may be wrong) Al Capone never visited the place, he just owned it. Out the back they had this band NUEVOS HORIZONTES..... These guys were just unbelievable. I felt so sorry for the... More

the place itself is a charming little place. The view from your tables on the beach side = unbeatable. Just simply amazing. flat turquoise waters, a local man wading out and catching fish by net to feed the pelicans...it is surreal, like something from a story book. and the food was fantastic!!

We went to several places around Varadero and THIS is the place. The setting is absolutely outstanding, the beach in the back is fabulous. This is the only place I was happy with the Filet Mignon, the food was perfectly cooked and served. The musicians very friendly.

Right next to the sea, what it was supposed to be Al Capone's home once has now been turned to a restaurant. Offers very touristic food, does not feel clean and it is expensive. Go for a photo and perhaps have a snack & a coffee.
