Order a mojito in one of Hemingway's famous hang-outs. The drinks are pricey compared to other places but I don't blame them raking it in & living off it's history. It is worth it.

We popped in for a drink for 15-20 minutes to cool from the sun & of course a mojito was the only thing we were ever going to order in one of Hemingway's famous hang-outs. Memorabilia throughout, free toilets & a half decent drink to cool off. You can also eat in the back of the bar but we were... More

If Hemingway came back to life he would take back what he said about La Bodeguita! They're very watery, don't have any angostura.

One of those sites where you fell disappointed and deceived in a trip. First of all, no native cubans around. Not allowed. Secondly, no good food nor drinks let alone any comfort. Unfortunately, living on its past.

A great place to really soak up the atmosphere whilst sipping your Mojito's at a great bar with a real party atmosphere. Live music that is great, entertaining and infectious ...... You won't be able to walk past, go in and enjoy!

We squashed our way in for my husbands 66th birthday. We danced ,we drank the US$5 mohitos and had the best time, its like being squashed into a fun movie. Its a must do in Havana

This is one of the stop you must do when you visit l'Havana. We went there just arrived in the city and for the last mojito before leaving. The mojito was really good, but what made the difference was the atmosphere. There was a band playing live music, and full of people coming just for a a quick cocktail

Everyone comes here because it says it's a tourist joint. It was so hot and packed like sardines inside. Even spilling into the street.

When in Havana: Bodeguita is a must. Not only because Hemingway hung out there. Hang out there, drink Mojitos (they claim to have invented them, but so do others). Dance with the Music on a very small space. Haven't tried the Restaurant but the bar is just outstanding. Only tourists of course, but the ones there know what to expect... More

If you are a Hemingway fan this is a must do whilst in Havana, but the mojitos are not the best by far and aren't cheap. Plenty of good bars which serve better and cheaper drinks surroung the Bodeguita but ticking boxes is your thing then it's something you have to do.
