The place is crowded and dated and the drinks are overpriced. Only go if you're going to honor Hemingway. If you're just looking for a drink, you'll be annoyed by the constant stream of tourists walking in to snap pictures.

Food we ate here was nice, but staff seemed off hand, and service poor! Food over priced in comparison to what is available in the area. Living off the fact that Hemingway used to come here, they seem to think they are such a big tourist attraction that they don't need to bother being polite or attentive.

We loved this bar/restaurant. The food and drinks are fab, entertainment is typically Cuban. It is a great place to escape the heat of Havana and enjoy a well earned break. This is apparently home of the Daiquiri, maybe that's why they taste so good! The Hemingway statue in the corner of the bar is nice touch and ensures a... More

Very expensive place for food and drinks. Usually you will pay 2 or 3CUC for a mohito. Here they want $6CUC for basic cocktails. Highly overated place and definitely not worth the money...

Great cocktails and fabulous atmosphere. A great spot for a nice air conditioned break. Bar staff reall friendly and fun but it's always very busy.

Had a few daiquiris here and took in the atmosphere and listened to the band. Very busy but good drinks. Little expensive compared to hotel and other bars but worth the extra.

You cannot go to Havana and not visit this place, very cool bar serving excellent drink. Daiquiri's are their speciality but they also do beers and other drinks from recollection.

Floridita was a fun place to visit. We went twice in the 6 days we had in Havana. They have a great cocktail list and of course, the daiquiri's are great. The Mango Daiquiri and the Papa Hemingway was a hit with us. The drinks are a little more pricier than what you'd get elsewhere ($6cuc vs $3cuc), but that's... More

Hemingway is supposed to have said "My mojito in La Bodeguita, my daiquiri in El Floridita" so if visiting Heminway's haunts is your thing then this is a must - as is having a photo taken with his statue which props at the end of the bar. A nice little bar with good daiquiris served with the ubiquitous fried plantain... More

Visited it to get Mojito which costs there 6 CUC instead of 2 like everywhere else. The drink was average. There was a live band with a good singer. It was overcrowded and you have to stay around just to wait to get a table which is not very pleasant. They live from their famous name and from the Hamingways... More
