One of the must-see places in Havana. We had this review's title drinks which were nice. Also great with the plantane chips (cooking banana). Good live music, crowded but gave more buzz to the atmosphere. I also took a selfie with the statue Hemigway :)

Was doing the Havana tour and stopped by this restaurant. Very nice just stayed and had a drink and checked out where Hemingway liked to hang out.

The service was good and the food while a little pricey was excellent. It was very busy but we enjoyed the live music and of course I had my photo taken at the bar with the Hemingway Statue. I'm a big fan of his writing and it's like going back in time.

This is a 'must' if you are a fan of Hemingway, or cocktails, or classic bars! It's a beautiful old 1950s bar where the daiquiri was invented. Unlike the disappointing Raffles in Singapore where overpriced pre-mixed Singapore slings are now served, the daiquiris are fresh made and bloody delicious. We only had bar food, a surprisingly good chicken bocadillo. It's... More

I think that I have never seen waiters so bored in my entire life. But watching crowd of tourists every day and night sipping daiquiri the price close to their weekly wages one can not blame them. Its a surreal experience really. You stop by, order daiquiri, you wouldn't dare to drink anything else there, take a picture with the... More

Historical place, they said. Daiquiri invented here, they said. Really, nothing especial, except Hemingway statue. That's all

This is another must stop if you're in Havana and love Hemmingway. This is where he always came for his daiquiris (not his mojitos - that would be La Bodeguita). To be honest it's way overpriced, but you're there for the experience. I recommend going once, having a couple of daiquiris, listen to the music (they'll come around for tips;... More

We had an evening meal here and it was of good quality compared with some places we had been too. Good music too.

Elegant history, lovely old open lobby, OK food nicely presented. Inexpensive but only average quality and don't get your heart set on any one item, often out.
