The daiquiries they sell are not better than in other bars in Havanna and heaviliy overpriced (6! CUC for one small glass). Service is not really attentive either and acts more like a "must-do" rather than trying to be friendly and serving customers. Don't recommend going there, there is much better places in Havanna! Also there is constantly tourists coming... More

This is where Hemmingway drank his Daiquiry! The bar is just lovely!!!!! When we were there several small bands were singing and playing music! The whole atmosphere is just GREAT! I wish we could take this Cuban passion for music back to our homes, I loved it! Absolute recommendation!!!!

The atmosphere here was typical for a tourist locale, but I could get a virgin colada, thus saving my alcohol consumption for later, and the bands were usually good.

We visited Floridita to enjoy a 'mandatory daiquiri'...had a great Cuban sandwich with it. There was a band playing so we stayed to enjoy the entertainment. We ended up there for a couple of hours. Great atmosphere, great staff and a great place to people watch. You can't go to Havana without a stop here.

Yep, there is no denying that it is a bit touristy. But they still make the best daiquiris in town! I Can't remember what it's called, but try the green daiquiri that they use the fresh herbs in - amazingly good!

Floridita is most famous for Ernest Hemingway. The famous writer often visited the bar. The bar Offers a variety of drinks which include cocktails like the Mojito and Cuba Labra. I visited the place on a rainy and gloomy afternoon... The atmosphere was great. It is strongly recommended... With Love Chen

This is the "crib of the daiquiri." The place where Hemmingway liked to hold up his end of the bar. It is classical tourist Cuba, and one of the few places in the world that still allows smoking. The drinks are delicious, cold and twice as expensive as the next bar. But it's comfortable, even with the smoke, and the... More

Best Daiquiri I've ever had, amazingly addictive plantain chips on the bar to nibble on, faded luxury interior, great live music, professional bar staff, what's not to like? People moaning about the food in previous reviews - really? You come here to booze!! And the boring 'tourist trap' comments are not valid either - ever wondered why places become popular?... More
