Floridita is most famous for Ernest Hemingway. The famous writer often visited the bar. The bar Offers a variety of drinks which include cocktails like the Mojito and Cuba Labra. I visited the place on a rainy and gloomy afternoon... The atmosphere was great. It is strongly recommended... With Love Chen

This is the "crib of the daiquiri." The place where Hemmingway liked to hold up his end of the bar. It is classical tourist Cuba, and one of the few places in the world that still allows smoking. The drinks are delicious, cold and twice as expensive as the next bar. But it's comfortable, even with the smoke, and the... More

Best Daiquiri I've ever had, amazingly addictive plantain chips on the bar to nibble on, faded luxury interior, great live music, professional bar staff, what's not to like? People moaning about the food in previous reviews - really? You come here to booze!! And the boring 'tourist trap' comments are not valid either - ever wondered why places become popular?... More

Watered mojitos at crazy prices for the Cuban standards. Tourist trap... There are plenty of better places to go.

The worst mojito in town ... And I tried several around town! Worth going to know but ask for beer or any canned drink!

A cafe, that made famous by Ernest Hemingway, which he visited frequently. You can take a picture, with the Hemingway statue at the bar sitting. The drink prices are three times of a regular cafe.

La Floridita is a must-visit in Havana. It has retained much of its original style, it is dark and cosy and it reeks with the somewhat worn luxury of earlier times. The king of cocktails in Floridita is the daiquiri, which is very well prepared.

Its very touristy but still has to be done. Prices for cocktails are higher than elsewhere but there is only one El Floridita afterall.
