Wonderful food, wonderful service.

I liked everything. I had grilled sea bass - an excellent choice. The service was impeccable and the presentation extremely professional. I would have eaten here everyday if it had been possible!

Returned again to Le Chansonnier in February with a group of 20 or so international co-op leaders. Pre-arranged the seating and menu and all was purr-fect! Inspired menu (the duck is deelish!), superb service, truly wonderful ambiance. If you are only going to make it to a few of Havana's top paladares, make sure Chansonnier is on your list. This... La Chansonnier is worth a visit if only to see the modern art covering the restroom doors. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere particularly by Havana standards. The food is very good as is the service.

We recently had dinner here following the suggestion of some friends. The venue is really nice and cool, with beautiful small rooms and interesting art. The problem is the food, which was terrible, possibly the worst we had in Cuba. The mains were so bad it was impossible to finish them. VERY disappointing, also considering the prices. Also the service... More

We visited this place at lunch time. The staff are great, the place is beautifull. I ordered Squid as a starter but I just could not eat it as it had not been cooked enough. The rest of the food was disappointing. I have the feeling that the Chef was not on duty. Anyway I believe it was an unlucky... More

This modern renovation of a period house was the most beautiful of the restaurants in which we dined in Havana. There was also a special art exhibit on the walls when we were there. The food was delicious and the service was good.

This restaurant also offers accommodation but without our guide book (Time Out, edition 2005), we would never find it. There is no sign for the accommodation, nor the restaurant. However, it a worthwhile trip to visit this restaurant. The prices were slightly above the price range we experienced but the quality of the food and the service was above reproach.... More

Superb place to dine - the food was excellent, service very friendly and the ambiance just extraordinary. The only negative point during our dinner was the loud music from the club or bar upstairs which really disturbed our conversations.

In the middle of a residential block, a blue gem of a restaurant. Snapper cooked perfectly resting on a pumpkin puree was but one of four great offerings we tried. The service was excellent and staff spoke English. The atmosphere was modern yet rested in a high ceilinged old home with artistic highlights. go and enjoy!

This is a beautiful place to dine in Havana. The service was the superb. The lamb was tasty. Had a really nice evening. Felt very comfortable dinning here.
