Beautiful place! Great food!

The place is beautiful. You feel like you're in a French Mansion. Gorgeous! I was impressed. The food was really good. Service was excellent and friendly, but slow. You can't dine here if you're in a hurry. I enjoyed it so much that the time wasn't an issue. On the pricier side, but worth every... read more

What a find! In some residential street not far from Hotel Nacional. This was somebody's house now turned into an art gallery. Excellent food restaurant Carpaccio of octopus + filet mignon - both superb Great service & atmosphere. Very stylish can't recommend it highly enough!

After being left by a taxi outside an old suburban colonial house that had been split into several flats we managed to locate a likely door bell . One inside we were very impressed with the ambience : the high ceilings the sense of an experience of Old Hispanic grandeur. The.meals were by Havana standards very good but not perfect.... More

this really is a very charming restaurant in Havana, the decor is quite exquisite, lovely stylish touches, great ambience both dinning out the terrace or inside. The staff were polite and attentive, the food flavours and presentation excellent. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will certainly return on my next visit to Havana.

This was a wonderful surprise to find the food was extremely good and done to a very high standard . To find such a lovely restaurant in the middle of a row of houses was a joy . The staff were friendly and helpful and the decor was very modern it was a pleasure to eat there .

Beautiful setting, nice food artfully presented. Service was laboured and somewhat nervous which didn't add to the overall experience. What really rankled though, and totally ruined the meal was the wine 'concept'. If you are going to run an upscale operation please charge the going rate for a decent size glass of wine rather than charging a lesser amount for... More

Wow. This paladar (private restaurant) is amazing. Beautiful restaurant and whoever designed the interior has great taste. Kudos to Patrick and Hector (Swiss/Cuban owners) for running a tight ship, super friendly guys who come by often to check on things so say hello if you get the chance. High ceilings, great artwork, funky/nice bathrooms, a little patio outside (where I... More

Great food, attentive wait staff, pleasant location and decor - the only place we visited that had all of this in Havana. We all enjoyed our food. The main course of lobster was particularly good. We were served one and a half lobster tails each. Delicious! The caribbean lobsters are not as sweet and tasty as those with the claws,... More

Having been told by various friends who had visited Cuba not to expect very good food, our visit here on our first night in Havana was a wonderful surprise. The surroundings and atmosphere set the scene for what was a meal to rival those in any European city. Excellent service, delicious in house cocktail, tasty, beautifully presented food - in all... Excellent food well presented. Attentive service and artistic decor in the restaurant. We'd found the restaurant via Trip Advisor, and were so impressed we came back for a second time a few days later. They also do great cocktails!
