They deserve all the credit for introducing India cuisine in Havana.I understand that they have to spice down the dishes catering as they are, for cubans and tourist, also that they have to import many spices. But lamb in Cuba its excellent, coconut and cumming plenty, so the main issue is the price. To expensive considering the small portions, and... More

It is a bit out of the way if you are not staying near this restaurant, but as taxi's are cheap it is definitely worth to take the effort and go to this Indian restaurant. They were one of the first Indian restaurants that opened after it was allowed to have privately run restaurants. The food is excellent and authentical... More

The best and only Indian restaurant in Havana. Vegetarian food was lovely, and prices are not much at all! Worth a visit for sure. The restaurant is not in a busy area, so print off a map, and take it with you in the taxi. Taxi driver will have to probably ask around for directions but it is there trust... More

Havana is experiencing an explosion of new restaurants at the moment, and Bollywood is definitely one of the best. This was my 2nd visit in a year and it is still amazing. The location is a bit hard to find tucked in behind the Necropolis de Colon in the Vedado area, but well worth the effort. The meal we had... More

I enjoyed this restaurant. The staff was very nice and the food was enjoyable. While some might say the food isn't as spicy as other Indian restaurants, this meal was one of the most flavorful I had during my two months in Cuba. As a vegetarian, it was great to come here and add some variety to my diet. The... More

Not spicy enough, therefore, not really aimed at the Brit market! By Cuban standards, it is not cheap.

We've eaten here several times and have to say, I'm disappointed I hadn't written a review earlier! This is a neat little Indian palladar over by the Colon Cemetery. It can be a little tough to find, but was well worth the challenge to find! Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of Indian cuisine back home, but here in Havana... More

There are two standards by which to judge ethnic cuisine in Cuba: in comparison with the world or only in comparison with Cuba. For Indian food -- as Bollywood is the only Indian restaurant in the entire country -- it's best to view this place in a vacuum. Compared to Indian restaurants in other places, it's middling, at best. For... More
