Very good food and the service was impeccable. Even received a free cigar and 7 year old rum, gratis!

Beyonce and Robert Plant have been here already. On May 14th 2015 dear Cuban friends invited me and my husband to a most delicious lunch at San Cristobal Paladar. Most recommendable on a hot day like May 14th: the yerba buena frappe (without alcohol). We were mesmerized by the overwhelming interior, by a cuisine that spoiled our taste buds and... More

My husband and I spent our tenth-year anniversary in Old Habana in Apr 2015. During this time we were able to score a cooking class at one of the premiere restaurants in the city - "San Cristobal - Paladar". We didn't know what to expect. Maybe something in a back room for tourists. But no!!! What we got was an... More

We had booked in advance for dinner and we realised it was absolutely necessary as the place was busy. Had to walk in what looked like dodgy streets but we had no probs with the locals. We ordered salad and a mixed fish grill which was fresh and delicious. I had white wine which was reasonably good and my partner... More

I ate there several times. The staff was very sweet and the food was very good. It was well run and the Owner/Chef comes out to visit with the customers which made it very personable.

The food is great for a very decent price and you get lots of small gifts (shot of rhum, cigar and a cute little keyring). The staff is very helpful and we'll show you the house and tell you about its very particular decor. Beyonce and Jay-Z had dinner there, as do most ambassadors (the ambassador of Chile was there... All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The tapas starter was just excellent especially the auubergine and the main very good as well. The complimentary cigars at the end of the evening were a first and topped up an excellent night

What a great find from TA! Fabulous location, excellent food and nice extras thrown in, like a taste of rum and cigars for the fellas. Really cool place. Take time to look at all the photos and memorabilia in the various rooms. We got a tour! Not to be missed.

Tasty meals, friendly staff, beautiful setting, centrally located. Went there on our last day in Havana for light lunch and should we have discovered it sooner, we would have gone back.
