Great place for a afterrnoon coffee

I visit this place every time I travel to Cuba (at least once a year). Fantastic location and great cortadito.

We knew the coffee would be good from the moment we detected the aroma of freshly ground beans and tracked it down from around the corner! From then on, a daily visit was mandatory for coffee. The tea and sandwiches are also good. Although the service is on the slow side, it's almost an advantage because that gives you more... More

I LOVED the iced (cream) coffee here. It is not the regular iced coffee. It is more like a blended iced coffee smoothy. Delicious! I can have that twice a day. I also liked their Jamon and quesa sandwiches.

This is one of the better places to go and have coffee. It's a great place to sit and people watch or read a book or newspaper. I have to agree with the eh other reviews the waiters ignore you and are really slow. But apart from that the coffee was good!

I've not seen a place quite like this before. Coffee shops are on every corner in the known universe, but this one had a lot of interesting and innovative stuff on the menu. At least it looked like that to me. They would benefit from a bit better trained staff, but for Cuba they were better than most. The espresso... More

This place serves a great coffee but the waiters are a disaster. They think they are celebrities ignoring customers and having a funny attitude.

Lovely location to sit and people watch, sit in some shade and get some respite from the searing heat, and if you have been missing decent coffee, this is your place to get an excellent latte

It's central located (if you stayed in Old Havana), it's open from 9:00 (try to find something if you have come from Europe and can't sleep), it costs only 1,5 CUC for coffee that just been made in their kitchen and I found the most good in Havana. Sandwich is also Good enough for its 1,95 CUC (be ready to... More

Coffee for a peso on Old Havana's most beautiful square. They also have cocktails and cakes but it's really all about the people watching!

Recommended as part of the Havana after dark for the coffee. Went back the next day and sat outside under the veranda. Waitress's came an went totally ignoring us. Time was not an issue so relaxed enjoying the view offered by the old square and planning what to do afterwards. 20 mins passed and we were no closer to having... More
