This is by far one of the best places I've ever eaten!! The skills the chef has is what most "chefs" will never acquire. My husband and I did the blind four course dinner and we're so happy we did. I told the waiter I was not a fan of beets and he went with his gut thankfully and ignored... More

Had been recommended to try the degustation by a friend, we experienced lovely interesting dishes with innovative textures and favours to tantalise the senses. All course were excellent, except dessert. Waitress offered us anything off the dessert menu instead - so hats off to them for all they could to please us! Great service and fantastic food!

One of the best restaurants I have been to in all my travels around the world. The 4 course meal was outstanding in both quality, presentation and most importantly TASTE. Definitely a must if you visit Bonaire. Make sure to make reservations as this restaurant is very popular.

This is a another very popular al fresco seafood restaurant on the commercial street that runs along the waterfront. After an amuse bouche of tuna tartare with cream of parsnip and jalepeno on a potato chip, we had two entrees from the very limited fresh seafood menu that we found on the island for the week we were in town:... We'd eaten at Chez Madeleine the night before, and so it was natural to make comparisons. Here we had two servings of tuna, one of wahoo and one of only split pea soup with sweatbreads. Two out of four felt their food was even better than Chez Madeleine, one tuna eater did not. Also, the Caribbean bouillabaisse was nothing like... More

Many people think that At the sea Is the best restaurant in Bonaire. I think also. The situation is very nice, quite area near by the sea (like a name). The dining area and decorations are also first class style, not so fancy but made for good taste. Service was so kind and fast. All waiters are very profesional. Options... More

Recently, the popular restaurant At Sea has garnered some distinctive honors, so I thought it was time to visit the restaurant again to see how it has “grown up” since its opening in July, 2011. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the restaurant has surpassed even their own prior high standards. Kim van Dijk and Rick van den Broek... More

I've been here with my wife for a diner and we were very surprised with the friendly staff and food. Before we get a city we have to wait at Bar and we've got some appetizers to wait. Table ready, we chosen the main course and more surprises came with some "Pre-dishes" that were delicious!! Staff always coming to explain... More
