Good and worth a second visit

Food was good. Service was very good and the location is great overlooking the water. Creole sauce wasn't authentic and was bland but I've had that at other restaurants here. Barracuda a little dry but tasty. Tuna trio app was great and worth ordering several for an entree. Nothing to keep me from... read more

We recently dined here on a recommendation from our hosts, there were some really great aspects but overall not outstanding. The complimentary pre-dinner appetizer was very good. We had the fresh catch which was Barracuda and Wahoo so I ordered their duo which was a little of each. I had not had barracuda so I couldn't judge it, although I... More

Great pepper soup, tuna hors d'oerves, fresh catch. Very friendly service. Can't beat the location! Went back.

The atmosphere is on the romantic side. The food was good. Service was great at start and then fizzled out after you received your main course. The prices are on the high side for the food sekections. With this being said, I would have the restaurant seat us again. Happy times.

I went to dinner early since I didn't have a reservation. The hostess accompanied me to a table near the edge of the terrace so I had a nice view of the water and boats. The waitress took my drink order right away, and then brought a amuse-bouche of cod mousse, along with several toppings for the bread. I had... More

Loved the outside patio! The food was excellent. I would be sure to put on some bug spray before going. The mosquitoes are bad.

Maybe we expected too much. But we thought the staff was snooty and the fish only good, but not great. Nothing inspired about the meal and it was pricey even by Bonaire standards. Meh.

What makes a top restaurant on a dive island? My criteria may not be the same as the next guy. But I like quality of food, presentation, appropriate price for a good atmosphere, and timely service with a smile. This place is always full of folks like me who eat elsewhere while on the island, but always come back again... More

Stopped in for lunch while out biking. Had fish club sandwich and fries which was really good along with a Polar beer. Open air seating/dining makes for a relaxing experience. Good prices.

Our preferred restaurant was closed, so we tried It Rains Fishes. The food was good, not outstanding. Fish was fresh and a good variety was available. I can't have anything with dairy. Our server checked with the chef on what I could have--which is to say that the chef wasn't willing to adjust dishes so I could eat them. We... More
