Three types of Bread, olive oil, balsamic and garlic first, then a surprise foccacia, then prosecco and orange juice all on the house for starters. Meatball appetizers stated this place knew how to prepare Italian and used fresh ingredients. Pretty full already! Linguine and scallops, spaghetti Pompidoro, both very good and again fresh. Topped off with chocolate truffles and all... More

We always eat here once or twice on our trips to Bonaire over the years. Their longevity is due to the great food, and gracious service! We made a reservation as they are always busy, and this night was no exception. The staff always brings a mimosa to the table for each guest, followed by bread. We ordered wine, and... More

We went to Capriccio on a whim without a reservation when it opened at 6:30. When we did not want to sit by the hallway to the restaurant they were very accommodating in finding us a table so that we would stay (we were just going to make reservations for another evening). We enjoyed the bruschetta as an appetizer with... More

The food was fantastic and the environment was extremely welcoming even for families with young children. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with everything. I was very impressed with the quality of food and the knowledge of the staff when discussing the menu. The prices were outstanding and the size of the meals is impressive.

We've come to Bonaire for many years. Why does want Italian food in the Caribbean? Because it is excellent. All pastas and breads and dessert made by hand. Superb wine list. Lovely surroundings. It's our "last night" treat always. Eaten Italian food all over the world (including Italy) and this rates right at the top.

By far the best restaurant on the Island with a wine list which can be hardly matched by any other Caribbean restaurant. The service is very efficient as the owners invest time and effort in training their staff, something not really common in this area of the world. Extremely indicated both for romantic occasions as for business meetings given high... More

This isn't northeastern US style Italian food, or Olive Garden. This is real italian cooking using the ingredients available on this remote island. I had one of my best carbonara's ever here. The pumpkin mousse stuffed ravioli is heavenly. The gnocchi is delicious. A simple spaghetti marinara is treated as a dish for kids at US restaurants, but even here... More

Bonaire has remarkably good food considering the size of the tiny island. Capriccios is one of the best. The chef is amazing, offered to help with their huge wine selection, and was friendly. The food is truly authentic Italian. Fresh, delicious, and just wonderful. You are never going to be ruches here. Try the lemon/lime pie with orange sauce. It... More

We loved everything . My pasta came too hard (al denti) but next time I am going to ask to cook a little more. My husband and our friends enjoyed a lot this restaurant. Food is excellent! Many options. You have to book in advance, don't forget.
