I had always wanted to go to The Cliff and Wow I was not disappointed, my other half wanted to eat at Sandy Lane and as it was our last but one night left on the island I got my way and he to thought it was fantastic thank goodness. We had a wonderful starter and for our main had... More

We are fortunate to travel to Barbados annually and always book 2 dinner reservations at The Cliff. The ambiance, service and quality of food is outstanding. If you book make sure to request a table on the lower level against the railing. It's pricey, but if you are in Barbados, it's worth going to at least once.

This is a superb place to eat. It is designed like s a ship. From where I sat I could see sting rays slowly gliding by. Food is well prepared and tasty. When finished we went to the upper deck and enjoyed XO cognac and Havana's finest. One irritation is that they completely messed up the timing of the first... More

After doing research into what restaurants to visit during our stay in Barbados The Cliff came up frequently. We took note that it was expensive so made it our 'main' selection out 8 visited. It didn't disappoint, every aspect of the evening made you feel special, from the greeting on arrival and the all the staff throughout the evening. The... More

idyllic setting, great food, at a price I guess you'd expect to pay in Barbabos for one of it's top restaurants. Great place for a special occasion - but book up well in advance - even booking before you leave for your holiday - as its very very popular. The whole ambience of the place is lovely and the service... More

Very enjoyable food, attentive waiting staff all fine. The couple that lit up their cigarettes and started blowing their smoke our way during our main course not so fine. I queried this with the waiter who kindly offered to ask the couple concerned to stop smoking, however we opted to move tables. My wife and I queried the Cliffs smoking... More

Treated like royalty from the second we arrived to the second we left. The setting is one of best we have ever encountered. Food was utterly divine (and that's high praise indeed coming from one of the fussiest eaters on the planet), service was second to none. I will never forget my Flaming Snowball dessert, it was absolutely fantastic, I... More

Booked this in advance before leaving the UK to secure a Waterside table., all confirmed by e mail very efficiently. Let me start by saying my wife always researches where we go in detail and from that forms a high expectation which is often not delivered. Well this blew expectation out of the water. I cannot imagine a more spectacular... More

If you wish to impress this is the restuarant to visit. If you want to pose then ask for the lower deck and try the cocktails before the meal.
