Tradition.

As you may denote from my reviews, Bermuda is a personal favorite. I've been lucky to travel to 5 of the 7 continents, and many of the tropical islands. Very, very good food, at this chef/owner eatery in Hamilton. Jonny Roberts has a flair for the unexpected and his menu changes quarterly in keeping with the seasons. The staff are pleasant and knowledgable. Advisable to reserve a table at this popular restaurant.

We recently visited here with friends on a busy Friday night. I had previously dined here several years ago both on positive reviews we had seen and positive recommendations - at that point my better half had had an outstanding meal but mine was just ok - so I was looking forwarding to returning as the reviews have been so... We booked a long weekend to Bermuda and as it turned out it was St. Valentine weekend, a coincedence I promise, the timing was dictated by my wifes and my work schedule. This was our 4th visit to Bermuda and no holiday is complete without a visit to this restaurant. There is a wealth of great dining choices on this... More

Ate here with adult family of five. Couldn't fault the food. We all had different items from the menu and all dishes were excellent. Quite generous portions too. Two of us had the Shepherd's Pie which was interestingly different from the traditional English version. Desserts were also in generous portions. The food took some time to be served but this... Over the last 2 years I have felt that Bolero had let themselves slip... I had a few disappointing meals there and was in no rush to return... However a family member setup up a dinner there last Saturday and so I 'had' to go!! Well what a surprise!! and a pleasant one too - menu has been revamped and... More

On Wednesday, January 7, 2015, my husband and I enjoyed a delightful luncheon at Bolero. It is obvious that the entire team at Bolero is committed to ensuring that patrons enjoy a lovely dining experience. The background music and surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for a leisurely meal. Both Nicholas and Coles could not have made our dining experience more... More

Went there for New Year Eve dinner. When making reservation 4! Weeks ago asked the latest time possible. Got 8pm, but saw plenty of people coming for 9pm. Strange... Food was good: got giant shrimps as a appetizer, salmon and scallops/pork for a main dish. Everything, besides scallops was just right, scallops were simply blend. The service: very quick, as... We had a perfect wedding anniversary dinner here back in mid November. We had great service along with the delicious food. Try their bermuda chowder-it's the best!

Bolero has finally made the space it's own and has gotten the food, for the most part, interesting and tasty. Try the house smoked salmon with lump crab and the scallops (main course) were done perfectly.
