Best Food on the Island

This has to be the best food I've eaten on the island not to mention the best prices. Kamini and her staff are very welcoming and every dish I have tried is superb. My favorite item on her menu is the Bami!

Kamini is an amazing chef and wonderful host...! My husband and I veered off the beaten path for a trip into Kamini's San Nicolas home to get a fantastic delicious and authentic West Indian meal. I can still taste that roti. It was well worth the trip and so much better than resort food...! This is coming from a trained... More

We went out on a limb and followed TripAdvisor recommendations for Kamini's Kitchen - the only place in Aruba to get true West Indian food in a very small and personal environment. Kamini took our order by email and selected a flavorful West Indian dinner - including goat curry, channa curry, rotis, etc - for our large group of 8... More

Kamini is the best! She is warm, hospitable and entertaining. During our recent visit to Aruba we were able to eat at Kamini's kitchen. You can taste the love and passion she has for her cooking in every bite. I recommend Kamini's Kitchen to everyone visiting Aruba. She made the best curry goat, grouper, and rotis we ever had. The... Kamini used to run a restaurant near Baby Beach, on the south side of Aruba. She is in the process of building a gorgeous new restaurant in the same area (we can't wait to visit!) Until then, you can contact her and have her cook for you at her home. We took our friends who live on the island. Two... More

My husband and I are of Indian origin and decided to visit Kamini's at her "home restaurant" during our stay in Aruba. We had seen some great reviews on trip advisor and thought it would be a different but authentic experience. We had an amazing time! In advance Kamini asked what we wanted to eat and the result was spot... More

If you enjoy Caribbean comfort food created with fresh ingredients, expertly prepared, perfectly seasoned and served hot; this is the place! Kamini greets you like an old friend and you leave feeling like family. She has an infectious smile and exudes a warmth that makes you feel welcomed. We have been vacationing in Aruba since 1994 and just returned from... More

My sister Sandy now is living in Bali, together with some dear friends, visited Kamini's restaurant in her backyard in Aruba. Was great home cooked food in a super informal setting- Check her out on Tripadvisor Kamini's place/kitchen

We visited Kamini, after reviewing the comments on trip advisor. After sending her a message, through Facebook, she replied with the details and asked us what we would like to eat, that night. We could bring our own drinks. My first tip: please take a taxi or agree to let her pick you up in a well known place downtown.... More
